Welcome to our apartment in the heart of the Old Town,
Located on the first floor without elevator, you will find all the comforts: proximity to touristic places, space, AC, equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi...
This apartment consists in two bedrooms with comfortable double bed and closet, bathroom with shower and WC and a living room with sofa, and TV.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine and kettle.
Access
The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood
Old Town is the historic district of the city with its narrow streets and colorful buildings. This is also a popular and lively area of Nice. This situation offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 5 minutes on foot. Walk along the streets of the Old Town and you will find Rosseti Square with its famous ice cream and the “Cours Saleya” and its famous flower market.
Transit
Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Durandy. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 600m away from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Train station « Nice Ville » is 20 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
You can come in Nice by car and park in the streets around the Harbor area or in one of the public parking of the Old Town. Access to the building isn’t possible by car as the Old Town is a pedestrian zone.
IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :
For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.
The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.
Smoking isn’t allowed inside.
Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.

The location was very good, in the Old Town with restaurants and cafes, yet just a few minutes from beaches an shopping.

The property was perfect for me working in nice. I was there for over 2 weeks. The property had everything I needed , the beds were comfy and very clean with a good shower. The location in the middle of the old time was brilliant. I would definitely stay here next time I’m in nice.

Property was great and right in the middle of Old Nice. Restaurants, markets and many of the top areas to visit within a few minute walk. May not be suitable for family with young children as the neighborhood is loud until very late because of the restaurants. Apartment itself was very cute and although old building, several modern updates made to kitchen and bath.
