About this apartment rental
Former premises converted into a Loft on 3 levels, in the heart of the old town. Central location, allowing you to enjoy the Old Nice, its alleys and stores, a few steps from the Cours Saleya (Marché aux Fleurs) and the sea (Quai des Etats-Unis and Promenade des Anglais).
The entrance is on the main level of the loft, where you will find a large living room with a beautiful high ceiling, composed of a living room with sofa, a TV, a dining room that can accommodate 4 people, a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave oven, stove, washing machine and dryer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine) and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
On the second floor, a first bedroom with a Queen Size bed, and its private bathroom with a bathtub open to the room, and storage space.
On the lower floor, the second bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, and storage space.
The living room and the first bedroom are air-conditioned, the second bedroom has a fan.
The bed and bath linen is provided by a professional service provider, welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee), as well as a free Wifi internet connection.
The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive in peace. We cannot guarantee that they are sufficient for the duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption.

Great spot in the center of Old Town but on a side street and pretty quiet. Check-in was easy with a code for entry, comfortable beds, fully appointed kitchen. Stairs to bedrooms are steep and full bath is small but a beautiful apartment at a great price. Highly recommended.

We loved this place! Gorgeous, clean, amazing location. It had everything we needed, plus a cute cleaning kit prepped for us for dishes etc, We would live there if we could.

This property is in a great location. Unfortunately, on VRBO, it states that there are two full bathrooms with one half bath, for a total of three toilets. In actuality, there is one toilet integrated into the shower stall on the main level, and a free-standing bath tub on the second level. This was not what we had anticipated. I contacted VRBO for clarification and asked that they amend this listing for future guests, but did not get any response. This is a great place to stay if you are a couple who is comfortable sharing a small bathroom, but isn’t ideal for a group.
