The location was excellent, very central and convenient for the city and the seafront. The facilities were very good.
There was only air conditioning in the upstairs bedroom. There could have been a paper information pack for us oldies!

The location was great - 10 minutes walk to the Old Town and beach,next to Place Massena, and very close to the tram to the Nice Ville train station which made it easy to do daily excursions to other towns. Apartment was also very clean.
There are no air conditioning and ceiling fans at all on the 1st floor and it was tough with the heat wave hitting France when we were there. Ceiling fans would have been nice. Also, we had a weird sewage smell coming from the 1st floor bathroom in the bedroom for half of the time we were there. We couldn’t use the 1st floor bedroom and bathroom due to the strong smell and 3 of us had to squeeze on 1 bed in the 2nd bedroom (which has air conditioning). The staff tried to address the problem but it was not fixed during the time of our stay.
