The location is perfect. The apartment itself has all facilities you need for a short stay, comfortable beds, etc.

The apartment is on floor 4 and was supposed to have a lift. The day of the arrival I got a message from the property, saying that there is a lift. Unfortunately the lift was not working. I contacted them and they told me the issue is from the day before - not sure why in the initial message that was not mentioned. I highlighted multiple times that it’s unacceptable and our situation requires a lift. We stayed 4 night - the lift was not repaired, not a single action was taken. Also, the stairs and common areas in the building were dirty with evident marks and occasional smell again with no action.

Ce qui est neuf est Wahou mais je pense qu’il est en cours de rénovation. Pas de verrou dans les WC, pas de tringles dans les placard, pas de plinthes. Il manque 1 tasseau / 2 de la déco.

Location is the main attraction for this property, close to tram station two supermarkets and good quality restaurants

Not ideal for stay with children even though it did appear as a option booking with 2 & 4 yr old, hope booking.com will review this, main lift take u to the 4th floor but from there to the room given need to take set of stairs and carry all your pram, few safety issues highlighted to staff (two bolts from broken handles of lower pantry cupboard could hit head so we kept eye all the time)but was not corrected, not flexible at all with late checking asked to pay €25 per hour, no early check in either. Different replying to questions with out relating to questions asked- need improvement.

The location is excellent and it has a nice decoration.

It feels it falls apart, shower is not working properly, most door handles are already broken, the sink is full, … the furniture and whole interior seems not selected well for professional renting. Usability is also missing, e.g. there are almost no hanger options - where should one put all towels or even anything from the laundry machine?
