About this apartment rental

Ideal for 6 to 7 people. Long stays for work with colleagues or family are possible.
In a dominant position it offers a very beautiful view!
Located in the city center, not overlooked, close to the beaches, the tramway, and everything!
Facing the Coulée Verte and Old Nice, close to the tram, shops, restaurants, Place Massena and the Promenade des Anglais and the beach!
If you need parking, you can rent a space in one of the 4 secure parking lots 3 minutes walk from the apartment.
You also have the possibility at the bottom of the building to rent an electric car or a bicycle.
The tram, on the other side of the street, will take you to visit the other districts of Nice and will take you to the train station in 10 minutes. To reach the airport, you can either take the bus next door or join line 2 in 5 minutes which goes directly to the airport.
A private driver can also pick you up or accompany you on your excursions!

Great location! Just steps away from the tram with easy access to the train station and steps from Old Town as well as Massena square with many restaurant options. The apartment was spacious for our family of 5 (3 teenagers) and everyone was able to have plenty of space to spread out after a long day of being out on the town. Communication with the host was great. Would definitely rent here again if we were ever to return to Nice!

What a wonderful apartment to stay in while in Nice! The location is superb, close to everything, especially Old Nice. We were a group of 6 adults and the place was more than ample to suit us without tripping over each other. The place was clean and tidy, and had very comfortable beds. The elevator, though hilariously small, is a welcome amenity and a rarity in Nice and saves climbing all those stairs, especially with luggage. Highly recommended!
