The house is situated in the end of a small alley with no traffic and surrounded by several belle époque villas and their gardens.

One smaller terrace with entry from one of the bedrooms ( private for this bedroom) .Here you find a small table with 2 chairs + the possibility to put up a swing ( for children) or a hammack chair / hammack.
