Superbe Appartement Au Coeur du Vieux Nice !

The location of this property is excellent. The living space is big enough for 4 people and the kitchen is adequately equipped for preparing own meals. The windows open on great views and have double insulation when closed

The unit was not properly cleaned before our stay. The towels were small and old. The one bedroom's air conditioning did not work properly, a fan was provided.

The apartment itself was lovely and in a great location, which were definitely the highlights of our stay. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby, and the beach is only a few minutes’ walk away. The kitchen is also well equipped. However, there are a couple of things I think guests should be aware of before booking. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment for families with young children, as the stairs leading into the apartment are extremely steep and there is no barrier or safety gate to prevent children from falling down them. I also wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a peaceful stay. There is a bar directly underneath the apartment that stays open until the early hours of the morning, and the music is very loud. Unfortunately, this meant we got very little sleep during our few nights’ stay. The TV in the apartment also didn’t work. I contacted the owner about this during our stay but unfortunately didn’t receive a response. Overall, the apartment itself is lovely and very well located.

Bar underneath is open until early hours of the morning and is very loud! The size of beds are very small. We paid extra for a cot that was in very poor condition, the mattress was made of wood so wasn't comfy for my 8 month old.

Location was good on the old town.

Location was in the party zone. Hosts didn’t communicate with us regarding the broken sofa bed and missing pillows that never turned up.
