Property location is excellent right in the centre of Nice with good access to public transport and in the heart of the busy areas. Local supermarket and tram stop 3 minute walk away. Very clean and good amenities provided. Well equipped and loved the nespresso- nespresso shop is also a very short walk away!
The stairs are hard going with luggage but we had read the reviews and were prepared for this but not suitable for all. Could do with another mirror/ maybe a full length one as 3 girls we were fighting round the bathroom mirror to get ready! :) very minor issue though maybe bring a travel mirror.

Amazing location and very clean! The air conditioning was great for the hot weather and the option of the pull out sofa bed was great. In walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach and in a very safe area. The owners were very responsive if we had any questions and were extremely helpful!

Easy to find and close to the water
So many stairs and the stairs in the apartment were so tiny

Only location
Host did not told us that its 4th floor without lifts.bad view.we requested comforters(duvet) but host replied rudely that he cant.the host was very rude
