The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is excellent, right in the center of Nice, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, public transportation, and the main attractions. The apartment was well-equipped and suitable for a family stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and found it very convenient.

The check-out time at 10:00 AM is quite early, especially considering that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, which leaves a long preparation gap. My flight was at 5:00 PM, and unfortunately there was no luggage storage facility available. As a result, I had to carry my luggage with me for several hours, which limited my ability to move around and enjoy my last day in Nice before heading to the airport. In addition, the shower area was quite small, making it somewhat uncomfortable to use.

Bel appartement, bien équipé, lits confortables, lumineux, propre, et surtout très bien situé.

Aucun patère dans la salle de bain. Pas de prise électrique sur le plan de travail de la cuisine. Deux détails mineurs à corriger et il sera nickel

Nous avons apprécié la facilité d’accès et la clarté des instructions ainsi que la sécurité et le confort

Nous avons galéré avec nos affaires car très peu d’espace de rangements, seulement deux cintres pour 3 personnes et un mini placard avec une seule étagère L’absence de fer à repasser, l’absence d’explication pour la Clim donc on a eu froid toutes les nuits, l’absence de papier toilettes, la télé inutilisable malgré la galère à faire intervenir quelqu’un Et en général l’impossibilité de joindre quelqu’un au téléphone. Pour les contacter c’est compliqué.

El alojamiento muy céntrico Seguro. Y cómodo

El único fallo fue que el mando del TV no tenía batería y no pudimos disfrutar del servicio del TV pero todo el resto. Super bien y buena atención
