Excellent apartment, everything you need is provided, it’s clean, relatively modern and couldn’t be located any better.

The instructions for how to retrieve the key to even get into the building and the apartment aren’t very precise and should be more specific. Additionally, right after the main door to the building, there’s a second glass door before entering the staircase/elevator hallway area that can be locked from the inside but can’t be opened with the key, meaning you can be locked out and have no way of getting in when someone randomly chooses to lock it until someone else opens it for you from the inside. Not very cleverly designed but the owner of the apartment isn’t at fault for this, it just had to be mentioned.

The location was extremely convenient next to the Massena place tram station and the entrance door was easy to access. The rooms were complete and the furnishings were all in working order. The loft was easy to climb into and the desk was a nice convenience to have. Most importantly for a party of four, they have four dining table chairs that fit my family perfectly. The heater was very quick to heat and dry towels on. Windows were large and allowed plenty of sunlight. I noticed they installed an extractor which was useful when there are cooking smells in the accommodation and opening the windows are difficult in the colder months. Check in was straightforward. Internet is fast.

There was no kitchen paper towels or cloths to dry the dishes but there was a dish rack to drain the water from. There is also no cutting/chopping board to cut vegetables or bread. But there was ample bags to clean up the trash and also just enough toilet paper for 4 pax. It would be better to keep more at the accommodation if the guests require it. The instructions to check in were a bit confusing and could do with a bit more clarity or clearer pictures since the unit doesn't have numbering.
