We booked this apartment on very short notice after our previous reservation at another property fell through, and we really appreciated that the host was willing to accommodate us despite the late request — that flexibility made a stressful situation much easier. The location is excellent, right in the center of Nice, close to everything. Overall a solid, convenient stay.
One issue worth flagging: the lift was out of order during our stay, so we had to carry our heavy luggage up to the 4th floor by hand. It made an already tiring arrival (after a last-minute rebooking) quite a bit harder. Would be great if this could be fixed or at least flagged to guests in advance so they can plan accordingly.

Ligging.
Wat meer voor de schoonmaak zou op zijn plaats zijn (elektrische stofzuiger was niet aangesloten, geen bezem of stoffer en blik). Een kastdeur in de slaapkamer viel er bijna uit.
