Lokalizacja: blisko plaży oraz sklepów i barów. Miejsce bardzo dobrze skomunikowane z centrum i lotniskiem. Dzialajaca klimatyzacja w salonie, taras. Bardzo przejrzysta instrukcja odbioru kluczy / w skrytce/. Mimo bliskości ulic w mieszkaniu jest cicho.
Słabe wyposażenie kuchni, bardzo mały czajnik, na wyposażeniu nie działający expres do kawy na kapsułki, brak papieru toaletowego. Kilka podstawowych przypraw w kuchni byłoby mile widziane. Sypialnia jest bez okna.
