Decent stay at a great location

Clean property and centrally located

No bath mat in the bathroom so the water was getting everywhere The bath towels are old and need to be refreshed, same for the bed sheets The bed mattress was thin and not very comfortable I was asked to clean the apartment and throw away all trash. I don't think throwing away trash that has already been assembled in the corner should be the guest responsibility

quite good location, close to the sea but 15 minutes from the center, still well connected by public transport.

The facility was not very clean. The room was very small with the bed that has broken slats, very uncomfortable, falling apart. The sofa bed was old and the net converged in the center, very uncomfortable to sleep. The linen and sheets had a bad smell of dirty mold, the room was very humid.

Mould infested apartment

Location was great

The property was riddled with mould, not only was it visibly everywhere but the smell was so strong. We arrived late the first night and when I messaged the host about the serious concerns the next day she said “ I will send someone to fix it” this was the worst mould I have ever seen and i genuinely don’t even know how it is legally safe to let people stay in this, once I asked for a refund to book alternative accommodation she just ignored me and sent someone to paint over the mould ( a temporary solution) so not only was it riddled with mould we then had to leave the apartment we were paying for, for 3 hours so it could get painted, the location was great and the apartment was very cute however due to the lack of sun this property will always experience really bad ongoing mould issues which the owner is clearly not staying on top of, unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.

Great location, 100 meters from the beach (if you're there in-season) and 2-3 tram stops from the city center. everything looks recently renovated, clean, and neat.

There was only one big coffee cup available. :)

Good experience in Nice

The apartment is clean and very nicely located. It is in 20 meters from the promenade and the beach. Check in instructions were very clear and we could leave our luggage before check in time and go to the beach. Staff is very friendly.

The kitchen was poorly stocked. Cooking at home was a bit challenging.

Location incredible. Literally 2 mins walk from the beach and 2 mins walk to supermarket and a couple of bars. Owner communicated well.

Apartment looks fresh and bright at face value but look a bit closer and it wasn't quite so clean: shower clogged with hair, shower head ill-attached to wall, floors pretty dusty and needing a good mop. Have fed back to owner. There is also a part of the description that includes a pool at the property.... this is true but only for use for one of the apartments which wasn't clear I don't think.

Avoid this place - standard of cleanliness is deplorable

Avoid this place. The standard of cleanliness and housekeeping is deplorable: - bedsheets were dirty and dusty - towels were dusty (the towels were black) - the apartment was very humid and despite the walls having been recently re-painted there was a thick layer of mould growing in the bedroom wall. - there was no toilet paper to be found in the apartment and there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom - the sofa bed was undone although we had booked for four people We had booked for two nights but had to book another accommodation for the second night. We requested compensation but didn’t get any. Also, there were no curtains in the living area so those sleeping in the sofa bed were woken up by the sun. The place advertises free parking which was one of the criteria for us to originally select this accommodation, but before arrival we were told parking is available only for one of the apartments (not the one we were booked in).

The apartment was very spacious and newly renovated, with air conditioning units in each room, dishwasher and clothes washer. The location was good, close to restaurants and tram line and located across the street from the beach. The check in and check out process was very easy. Wifi worked well in the unit. This is the largest unit in the building and it has a terrace with hot tub (jacuzzi), and a nice outdoor patio with table and chairs.

The property lacked basic things like soap, toilet paper, hand / face towels. One bath towel was provided per person. The hair dryer didn’t work and it took a day to get another one. The apartment is in a small building with 5 units all managed by the same company/person. This one was located upstairs and made it difficult to bring luggage up. Also it is directly above the trash bins and the trash smell permeates the entire unit.

Molto piacevole

Appartamento moderno molto accogliente, super comodo data la vicinanza del tram. A 10 minuti dal centro di Nizza, in una posizione sicura. La Host è molto disponibile, mi è piaciuto tutto veramente tanto!

Suggerirei di specificare nella descrizione che le informazioni per il checkin arriveranno direttamente dalla host poco prima dell’arrivo, per il resto tutto perfetto

Funzionale e ottima posizione

La posizione è ottima a pochi minuti dal mare. Sia a piedi che con le bici lime è possibile arrivare in centro in pochi minuti. Casa pulita e c è tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di qualche giorno. Anche la procedura di check in abbastanza semplice con le indicazioni e le foto ricevute con le istruzioni via whatsapp. Tutto perfettamente pulito.

La camera da letto e il letto a una piazza e mezza erano davvero piccoli per due .. la camera era talmente piccola che non si stava in piedi in due contemporaneamente.

Consigliata assolutamente

La struttura è in una posizione eccellente, davanti al mare e con centro raggiungibile con 20/30 minuti di camminata o bus. È vicina alle fermata del tram e dell'autobus. La proprietaria è stata molto accogliente e super genitile e ha risposto alle nostre eventuali richieste. L'appartamento superior (quello da noi prenotato) è molto spazioso, e la piscina che sta dentro è carina e ben tenuta.

Alcuni divani e letti avevano un po' di polvere sopra, ma niente di troppo preoccupante

Apartament jest rewelacyjny. Lokalizacja - plaża po drugiej stronie ulicy. Parking płatny, ale dostępny, również obok. Mieszkanie schludne, czyste. Klimatyzacja - działa bez zarzutu, po wejściu wita nas przyjemny chłód. W mieszkaniu jest pralka i działa Byliśmy trzy noce.

Nie jest to minus, ale brakuje mi tego w większości lokali, a mianowicie takich podstaw jak kawa, herbata, cukier - przyjeżdżając na kilka nocy, nie robię podstawowych zakupów, a jednak chętnie napiłabym się rano kawy, nawet za cenę wyższa o te kilka euro. To samo z pralka, super, że jest, ale 2-3 kapsułki do niej byłyby idealne.

Spędziliśmy czas w Apartamencie 2. Lokalizacja super, net super, przemiła Pani Cecil pozwoliła zostać godzinę dłużej. Fajnie było.

La proximité avec l’aéroport et la promenade des anglais. Emplacement calme. La propriétaire très gentille et réactive qui a été arrangeante pour que l’on pose nos valises avant le Check In et aussi pour le Check Out. L’appartement est plutôt moderne et pas vieux. Le prix pour deux nuits était tout à fait correct

La propreté est à revoir car le ménage est bâclé. Certaines personnes ont été malades à cause de l’humidité et de la poussière. La cuvette des toilettes est très sale et n’a pas été récurée depuis longtemps. Pas de poubelles dans le logement. Literie catastrophique.
