Lieliska atrašanās vieta, tuvu sabiedriskais transports un veikali. Terase ar baseinu
Ļoti netīra grīda, nebija pieejama arī slota grīdas mazgāšanai vai ūdens saslaucīšanai terasē pēc baseina apmeklējuma flīzes kļūst slapjas un slidenas. (nopirkām slotas uzgali mazgāšanai un atstājām). Aizdambējušās izlietnes, īpaši virtuves. Balkona mēbeles, ļoti netīras un pleķainas. Katrā divguļamajā gultā tikai viena sega uz diviem, lai gan pieteicām 7 cilvēkus.
