We had a family trip of 3, so the apartment was perfect for us! We found it spacious enough (didnt even use the above mattress side). Found everything necessary for cooking and its super convenient with a carrefour literally next door. I found the sofa very comfortable to sleep on. Location wise its very well positioned, very close to the beach, bars and restaurants. 20-25 mins to/from Nice train station and can get a bus to get there.
Gabriella was lovely and kind enough to give us also lounge chairs to use at the beach ( we visited towards end of october, but was warm enough to tan and swim still).
Overall we were very satisfied with our stay here!
