Perfect location for where I needed to be in Nice. 3 air conditioning units kept the apartment nice and cool in extremely hot weather.

The height, not a fan of heights

Мне очень понравился раздельный санузел так как для большой компании это очень важно. Я специально искала квартиру с раздельным санузлом. Квартира оборудована всем необходимым и даже больше что мне очень понравилось есть пляжные полотенца зонтики. Квартире чисто много посуды есть большой стол за которым можно собраться всей компанией. Объект находится в отличном месте рядом с набережной, остановками транспорта, есть нормальные супермаркеты Lidl, Carrefour,, множество кафе мне этот район понравился , в Ницце я отдыхала много раз этом районе я была впервые. Сниму ли ещё эту квартиру да , могу ли рекомендовать её друзьям да. Спасибо

Квартира расположена на шестом этаже но всё это есть в описании нужно учитывать состояние здоровья так как лестничные марши очень длинные.

The apartment was lovely and well equipped, very close to the Promenade and the shops.

The apartment is at the top of a five story building and there were over 100 stairs to climb with heavy suitcases. This should be highlighted in the description of the apartment , thank god we are both fit but this would be awful if guests had mobility issues/respiratory issues of were older people. I only seen this when I read the reviews a few days before arriving. Also whilst there was a cooker in there when I tried to use it there were no instructions and I have to dispose of food we bought. When I turned the cooker on a message came up saying that it needed to be cleaned!
