Fajna lokalizacja, bardzo spokojna i ładna dzielnica. Klimatyczny apartament. Ukryte wejście dodawało indutrialnego klimatu. W środku wszystko nowe, dodatkowe udogodnienia takie jak duży telewizor, siatka do leżenia oraz japońska toaleta. Zapewnione środki higieniczne, czysto. Naprawdę dobry stosunek ceny do jakości

Loft facile d'accès depuis la rue. On n'a pas trouvé tout de suite mais le propriétaire a su nous expliquer tout en détail et notre arrivée s'est bien passée. Le quartier est plutôt calme, légèrement décentré mais facilement accessible en bus. Le centre ville est à 10 minutes en bus. Pas loin du loft, il y a des parc à visiter même si le centre ville reste l'endroit où tout le monde va. Le loft est bien équipé, vaisselle, ustensiles et accessoires. Il y a une supérette pas loin quand il manque du café ou d'autres trucs. Comme il faisait vraiment très chaud, il faut bien dire le le loft reste bien frais mais on peut mettre la clim pour les plus sensibles au chaud.

Le problème des places de parc. Certes, rien n'est payant pour le parking mais comme tout le quartier se parque au même endroit, une fois la voiture laissée, vaut mieux ne pas la bouger. Il faudrait peut-être faire une fiche d'explications. Où jeter les poubelles, à quoi servent les différentes couleurs des containers. Les données Wifi par exemple aussi.

The property was in a great location and very convenient for exploring Nice. The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I also liked the overall atmosphere and the easy check-in process.

Modern and functional apartment in a good location, exactly as shown in the photos. Communication was relatively good - before arrival we didn’t receive clear instructions and responses were not always immediate. We had to call to locate the entrance, but once we got in touch everything was handled quickly.

The cleanliness could have been better. We booked for 4 people but the sofa bed was not prepared, so we had to set it up ourselves, and the sheets did not seem fully clean, possibly even previously used. The floors could also have been cleaner, especially the patio area, which was full of leaves that were also brought inside the apartment.
