Appartamento molto spazioso e ben arredato, dotato di tutto il necessario. Due bagni con servizi, di cui uno molto grande con doccia, vasca da bagno e due lavandini. Posizione ottima per visitare la città, vicino a supermercati e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione.
Date le temperature estive, l'appartamento tende ad essere molto caldo. Nonostante si aprano le finestre sui lati opposti, passa poca aria. Ci sono 3 piccoli ventilatori a disposizione ma date le dimensioni dell'appartamento, non sono sufficienti a rinfrescare gli ambienti. Un po' scomodo per il carico - scarico bagagli perché non c'è spazio per fermare l'auto davanti alla struttura.

Appartement traversant, de beaux volumes, la literie est confortable dans les 2 chambres. l’accès au centre ville de Nice est rapide, à pieds ou en transports. L’accès est facile, les indications claires.
Les ustensiles de cuisine mériteraient d’être renouvelés. A noter également qu’il y a un dépôt de caution à effectuer le jour de l’arrivée dans le logement.
