Good equipped apartment with convenient location close to train station and tram lines. Little bit tiny, but we were informed about this, anyway most of the time we spent outside. The host did provide necessary beach stuff. Thanks for great experience in Nice!!!
Nothing for us! But for some travellers might be hard to get upstairs carrying the baggage, ladder is steppe enough.

Comfortable with good amenities.
Was in an outhouse in back yard of building. Very dodgy staircase outside apartment. Inside badly designed with unusable attic bedroom and staircase that occupied too much of main floor area.
