Konumu çok iyi. Önünden tranvay hattı geçmesi ve tren istasyonuna yakın olması çok iyi. Ayrıca birçok önemli nokta yürüme mesafesinde. Ses yalıtımı oldukça iyi. Girişte talimatlara uyarak problem yaşamadık. Gayet kolay ve rahat giriş yaptık.

Evde sanırım mutfak aspiratöründen dolayı yağ kokusu mevcut. Bu biraz rahasız edici. Bence aspiratörün değişmesi gerekiyor.

駅からとても近い。広い居住空間、ゆったりと過ごせました。ベッドも寝やすかったです。 料理、洗濯とアイロンをしたかったので、ホテルにはない利点がありました。 スタッフの方と気持ちよくスムーズにやりとりできた点もよかったです。

一般のテレビ放送が見られなかったですが、むしろニースのゆったりした時間を過ごすことができました。

Excellent location, very nice appartment with super easy access. It was a quiet building, with little noise outside, but with the double glass windows, you feel very comfortable. The appartment is equipped with all required items.

We do not speak french and all our communication were made in english. Instead, all the responses we received were in french and we had to use applications in order to translate and understand the language. As the replied to our questions, it seems that they fully understand english, but for some strange reason they refuse to reply in the same way. That was very strange and annoying, which does not help the visitor to feel welcome. At the last day of our stay, they also asked us to collect the rubbish and threw them in the public collecting points, which took us time, in order to identify the correct ones. That was also too strange, as the room maintanance and cleaning is already paid and is included in our rent. We are travelling for decades and this is the first time we are asked something like that!
