The apartment is very modern compared to the building. The view is nice, and it isn't too far from Old Nice. Comfortable.
Instructions on how to use certain utilities would be nice. No elevator in the building was difficult at times. Picking up the keys at a supermarket was a bit strange.

離車站很近，走路只需要4分鐘。有附設洗衣機。整體空間很大。有膠囊咖啡機。附近有超市。冰箱超級大台。
廁所門不能上鎖。浴室水量很小。暖氣機有一台是壞掉的，沒壞的也有一個味道。 廚房有很多用具，但都有點不乾淨。附近公園有遇到治安不好的案件。

Location to train station , amenities and restaurants. Quick response from owner when I mentioned a couple of minor issues needed attention. Great communication.
For us it wasn’t an issue because we are relatively fit and didn’t mind carrying our luggage up to the 5th floor (no elevator).
