Good location , train station very close, many restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood.
Noisy neighbours till approx 1 at night, you have to climb a steep ladder to get into bed, loud aircon.

Cet appartement propre au centre de Nice offre un emplacement idéal, à proximité immédiate du tramway (à quelques mètres) , son agencement fonctionnel, la luminosité, la climatisation et la qualité de la literie, bien qu'un micro-ondes ait parfois manqué pour un confort total.
Absence de micro-ondes.

I liked the distance , 2 mins walking of train station (Nice Ville )
The cleanliness was not a strong point, although it is equipped with a kitchen I did not feel that I could eat something there. The linen was a dark color, probably not washed after each guest. The sleeping space upstairs is almost impossible to use, extremely small. If I return to Nice I will definitely not choose this location again.The property is not marked with a sign, a bit difficult to find

Mattress not bed on the roof, have to claim by ladder. Can’t stand only sitting, your head reach the roof .
