De ligging, perfect! Alles wat je nodig hebt in de keuken, was aanwezig.
Het kon netter, vooral de badkamer. De douche in de badkamer was niet goed, kon niet blijven staan en de stortdouche en wat tegels waren kapot.

Studio bien placé, propre et bon rapport qualité prix. Près du tramway donc idéal pour se balader en ville. Merci pour la corbeille de fruits appréciée de mes enfants qui voyageaient avec moi.
Quelques odeurs à noter dans les parties communes mais le studio étant au 1er etage c’est supportable

Dobra lokacija, na 2 min od železničke stanice, na Jean Medecin bulevaru. Kada se sve uzme u obzir, to je max jedna sedmica, najviše zbog cene i lokacije. Ostalo mora biti bolje.
Loša komunikacija, često neprofesionalna. Check-in podatke poslali u pola 5 popodne na dan dolaska. Ulazna vrata se veoma teško otvaraju i svi imaju problem sa tim. Struja nestaje veoma često, problem je u zgradi, pa morate ići da podižete sklopku u hodniku zgrade. To su 2 apartmana u okviru jednog stana pa ako su oba u isto vreme zauzeta, sigurno će vam struja nestajati 3-5 puta dnevno. Odvodi u kupatilu su veoma kritični, a vidim da su napisali da u slučaju zapušenja vi zovete majstora i plaćate 300 evra u kešu na licu mesta. Puno sumnjivih i čudnih likova u okolini, što je čest slučaj u okolini železničkih stanica. Može biti čistije. Fali aparat za espreso.
