Location was great. corner apartment was ideal

Attitude of host on arrival was deplorable. Asked about a TV as nothing in the lounge and was told not to worry as it was only in FRENCH. I have stayed in apartments all over the world and this is the first time I had a TV that did not have at least ONE English Channel. The ONLY TV set in the bedroom did not work. I asked for instruction and was told they were in a meeting ( sat night 8pm !! ) but would call back. Never did !! No instructions for anything in English Would have thought there would have been a supply of tea bags and a welcome bottle of milk Instructions to pick up key gave a wrong address, fortunately we had a local driver who found the correct shop.. Bed was horrible.. might was well slept on the floor it was so hard. Also, there was a ‘stupid’ shelf near corner of the bed and every time you walk past it to get in and out of the bed you had to manoeuvre around it or would have done some serious damage to your face. Did note that others must have had the same issue as it looked as though they had tried to dismantle it !!!
