The location is good, and the space is also suitable for three people. The host is quite responsive.
The toilet paper provided was not enough for three people, and the same goes for the trash bags. In the end, we had to buy them ourselves. Also, we couldn’t really feel the AC in the area around the upper bed.

Wifi was working well, the apartment included almost all you need for a short stay in Nice, the area is excellent for tourists - there is the train station nearby, supermarkets in walking distance, city centre at 15 minutes
The hot water pressure was low, the couch would need some fixing

Comfortable bed, a lot of kitchenware, clean, warm light, location, heating in the bathroom
It was very cold during our stay, especially the floor. Yes, we use AC, but since this place has a high ceiling, all the hot air was upstairs, but downstairs was cold all the time. In the morning some birds were screaming and we heard everything with closed windows. Hot water pressure was poor, but manageable.
