Le grand Escurial

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is ideal—a Lidl supermarket is right downstairs for convenient grocery runs, and the beach is just an easy 10-minute walk away. The apartment itself is very spacious with plenty of room to relax comfortably. Our favorite feature was the balcony; unwind in the lounge chair while enjoying beautiful mountain views was the perfect way to end a full day of swimming and exploring Nice. Highly recommended!

The apartment itself has an older character, which was generally fine for our stay, but the bathroom is definitely in need of modernization. Taking a shower while standing in a non-functional bathtub felt awkward and uncomfortable, and the toilet fixtures could definitely use an upgrade. Improving these facilities would make a big difference in the overall guest experience.

Good central location in Nice. Good rooms and air con. Nice balcony.

The apartment is in a residential block, thin walls could hear neighbours in their apartment, along the hall someone had their door ajar smoking weed and playing music. Exterior to the room was absolutely boiling and we couldn't open the front door after a long journey and were stuck in the hallway. Not accessible by lift from ground to first floor and lift very small.

Aircon not available in June, but weather was not to hot at night.

A truly special art deco apartment with a huge terrace at the height of the roofs! The sun shines on the terrace in the morning, and the neighbors don't bother you either, making it an ideal place to relax. Train station is about 5 minutes away, the sea maybe 2 minutes more.

If you don't understand technical gadgets, you can't watch TV because it wasn't set up at all. I also couldn't find the hairdryer, but that's actually survivable.
