Very spacious, has everything you could need (like home from home), close to the central train station and felt very safe. Sophie is an amazing host (she even helped us up the stairs with our luggage), very responsive and we knew she was just a message away if we needed her. Highly recommend this apartment. There is no lift, so as long as you are okay with stairs, which are very shallow and not steep, this is a fantastic property and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you Sophie 🥰

Grand appartement, très proche de la gare de Nice, à dix minutes du centre ville. Très calme .

Impossible de garer sa voiture . Il faut louer un emplacement dans un parking privé. Il y en a un à dix minutes de l 'appartement ( comme dans toutes les grandes villes ).

The apartment was close to the Ville station and an area with lots of food options. It was very clean and comfortable. A wonderful change from staying in a hotel. The stairs are easy to climb as the rises are small, the treads long and flat stone and the staircase is wide. ( 2 people side by side could carry a load.) The sofa bed is very comfortable. The washing machine worked well. Quiet up on the 4th floor. The blinds are thin so bring a sleep mask. Separate toilet great. Shower has rainhead and hand head. Hot water excellent. Sophie is great with communication.
