METROPOLE AP4113 Nice, by Riviera Holiday Homes

Self catering apartment was in great location, near the Jean Medecin tram stop and direct from the Nice airport. Near to Carrefore to stock up. Easy walk to promenade and loads of excellent restaurants and Paul Bakery. AC worked well. Standing far was great to have. Balcony was great to see the city activity. Shutters kept out noise at night. Good sized lounge area, big TV, good size kitchen with wide range of what was needed. Fridge and freezer adequate. THe emailed instructions with video and photos of how to get into the apartment using the "key" were very helpful. Staff were great and had our keys ready, and let us keep luggage for a few hours before we went to the airport.

Shower in main room had notice on it about can't fix fitting, but using the hand held in an open bath was awkward, let water on floor, and the fitting leaked a yellow fluid we wiped up each day. Room key was very tricky...took us 5 minutes to work out to avoid the dead locks and just use one lock and to jiggle the door at the critical point. One adult who used the third room with 2 single beds said the beds were a bit hard.

The apartment is great, very nicely designed and specious for 6 people. The location is excellent and the complex is pleasant and secured. It does need some minor fixing but nothing that upsets the stay.

The water coming out of the faucets have an unpleasent odour at first.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko tramwaje, dworzec etc. Sprawny odbiór i zdanie kluczy, możliwość pozostawienia bagaży w biurze mieszczącym sie obok apartamentu. Sprawny kontakt z osobami obsługującymi lokal. Wszystko sprawnie przedstawione.

Great location.

The property is run down, and floor is very dirty. On the amenities it stated a dryer, only to have a dryer rack. Stove did not work, oven keeps tripping electricity off in unit. All the curtains are off track. Counter Stools were pretty damaged and covered, every time we sat all the stuff fell to the floor.
