Läget var fantastiskt bra, gångavstånd till stationen, strandpromenaden och det mesta. Många restauranger i närheten. Stort och rymligt för oss 5 vuxna. Bra med två toaletter.
Slitna och gamla möbler. Ganska dåligt städat, dammigt i hörnen och golvlister. Balkongen var inte städad alls men det kanske har med säsongen att göra. Mycket trafik på gatan utanför.

The location and facilities were excellent. In the heart of Nice but just enough off the main streets to be quiet. Fairly comfortable beds though a little firm for our taste but much better than many others. Easy checkin and checkout.
While generally in very good condition, the walls, baseboards, curtains, and bedroom doors show signs of use by guests. This is a small point and with a little touch up would make this place a luxury destination above the price we paid.

Great location.
The property is run down, and floor is very dirty. On the amenities it stated a dryer, only to have a dryer rack. Stove did not work, oven keeps tripping electricity off in unit. All the curtains are off track. Counter Stools were pretty damaged and covered, every time we sat all the stuff fell to the floor.
