What a great location! The wonderful, lively rue de France right out the door, and Promenade des Anglais and bus stops a short walk away. Yet the apartment itself wasn’t facing the street, so it was quiet inside. Kitchen was compact but had everything we needed.
The bathroom is off the bedroom, and the toilet is about 40’ away, through the living room and next to the front door. Not that unusual for Europe, and we got used to it. Also got used to spreading our drying laundry all around, even pinning to curtains, because of broken drying rack and relative lack of natural light at windows.

It's actually not that small at all and tastefully arranged so it has everything.
It might be small for 6 people for a longer stay.

Amazing location, right a few minutes from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Small but spacious. Great value for money. Good communication with host and he was always ready to help. Check in and out process very simple.
For a group of 4, one extra key would be a plus. But pretty much an amazing place nonetheless.
