The location, air conditioning, and personal check in was great
An exhaust fan in the shower room would be nice. 1 more role of toilet paper and a role of paper towel would be nice.

Two comfortable bedrooms and modern shower room and kitchen. Modest size lounge if there are four staying. Excellent location within short walk of the corniche and not too far to the old town. Quiet area with e cell lent food shops. Host meets you on arrival. Walkable from rail sty.
All fine.

Very good value for money in Nice, very near to the beach, appartment has everything you need. The host is nice and welcoming, we got very warm late check in and a lot of useful advises on what to do in Nice. The only regret is that vacation has passed so fast!

Location was very central to bus and tram
Quite dark if your a light sleeper you can hear flat above walking and if sleeping in front bedroom can be quite noisy early morning when bin cart comes
