Great choice to stay in Nice

Great location. Very near to the beach and tramstop is on the doorstep. It is also located very near a “lime bicycle station”. The apartment itself is very well staffed with equipment and the owner was so kind to provide us with jams, crackers, cookies and drinks. Perfect for a family of five like us

Super location. Tram stop 1 min away. Easy access to Promenade de Anglais. Spotlessly clean. Very well equipped and comfortable. David was a very helpful host. It felt very safe.

Superbly appointed, easily accessible accommodation with a wide range of benefits to make for a magnificent holiday.

The property is excellent, secure gated accommodation in a superb location, as 3 ladies travelling together having a safe, comfortable and well appointed environment made our stay even more enjoyable. The outside courtyard is a bonus and fabulous for alfresco dining. Close to tram, direct travel to/from airport and other amenities, promenade one street away and supermarket a couple of doors away. David our host was fast responding and helpful.

A lovely appartment close to the seafront and opposite the tram stop which was very convenient. The appartment was extremely well equipped. David the owner, was extremely helpful. A lovely welcome pack on arrival. Will be looking to stay here again.

Beautiful apartment, helpful owners in a great location, perfect to explore Nice.

A very conveniently situated apartment just off the promenade and next to a tram stop- perfect for arriving from the airport. The owner David and his wife were very helpful and the lovely apartment was clean and very well equipped.

Nothing much, we had a great experience except we had a small problem with the bathroom lock. Very quickly sorted by the owners so not an issue.

A beautiful apartment with great facilities in a fantastic locations............

David had thought of everything possible for his guests down to a bag for life to go and collect your groceries!!! Umbrella's for showers and a vast array of tea and coffee plus biscuits/jams etc await you on arrival. The bathroom is very spacious with a fantastic shower. I would recommend this place and if I do return to Nice I would book to stay with David again.

Perfect! Look no further!

We loved the apartment! It is so well equipped, stylish snd clean - we felt immediately at home. It is a couple of minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais, and a great base from which to explore the city. The hosts were perfect. We hope to return to Nice in a couple of years, and the first thing we'll check is whether we can book the same apartment.

The apartment was in an amazing location, one block from the beach. The owner was so sweet and helpful, she even did our laundry for us since the washing machine was in her house (right next door).

Nice apartment. Well appointed. Clean, tasteful and modern. Comfy beds, great shower, wifi and Netflix - everything i need... 😁 Secure and quiet. Very handy for tram to get into town and to/from airport. Lovely modern boulangerie/patisserie opposite for croissants and cakes. Nice supermaket (Carrefour City) 100m away for everything else. Friendly, helpful owner, with some great restaurant suggestions.

Perfect place for families with children

A comfortable and perfectly clean apartment at the best possible location - near the Promenade, next to the tram stop. There is a direct tram line to/from the airport. The street is full of all sorts of shops and restaurants and takes you towards the Old Nice. The owners of the property are very kind and hospitable. The place is perfect for families with children. We would definitely come back and recommend this apartment to everyone.

- couldn’t latch the bathroom door. It was ok as we were with family - it’s nice if the bedding is made as this is the first time I had to make the bedding in a bnb, especially the duvet covers

Perfect apartment with perfect location. Just around the corner from beach, surrounded by beautiful shops, bakery’s and restaurants! hosts was amazing so helpful and friendly, we can’t wait to come back already! Definitely recommending to friends and family. Also so handy having the tram line right out side of apartment. The apartment is gated so no noise from the road, we felt really safe. Couldn’t recommend enough. I have fallen in love with Nice!❤️

Wonderful apartment, would recommend to anyone!

The host was really welcoming, kept in contact to say we could check in earlier than planned which was really useful. Property was really lovely, gorgeous bathroom, comfortable beds and great location with a wonderful boulangerie across the street, tram stop right outside and 2 min walk to the beach. It felt private and safe and was perfect for our girls weekend away in Nice!

A stay with mixed impressions

Close to the beach, to the promenade and the tram. The kitchen is very well equipped. Big an comfortable dining table! We could store our luggage some hours before the check-in. Thank you for that!

The appartment smells moldy (schimmelig)!! The window to the terasse is the only window - difficult to air. Children's room without window! The host wanted days before to know the exact time of our arrival. And then we had to wait 45min at the door for the key. The terasse is not private! - It is also the main entrance of the hosts to their cellar and appartment. Because of transparent curtains better wear clothes inside. The climate is extremly loud at the terasse - I didn't want to sit there. "Dining area outside" only at this mini table on the foto - not for more than a coffee.

Very nice stay

Excellent location , within walking distance to a very nice and quiet beach. The tram stop is in front of the property and takes you 4 stops to old town/castle...plenty of restaurants to eat and have a good night out. ...(or alternatively approximately 25min very pleasant walk on the promenade)

We liked the property very much, the only thing that surprised us was that we had to make up the beds on arrival and then take off the bed linen on departure...not a big deal, just it was a bit unexpected as not encountered thus before . Perhaps a Covid consequence?

Exceptional

The owner's daughter welcomed us to the property and advised us to use the tram from the airport to the apartment. We got on the tram at the airport and the tram stop was less than a minute's walk to the apartment. The apartment itself was very quiet, but was a short walk from the promenade. There was a lovely boulangerie opposite and a very useful supermarket a few doors away. The apartment had everything we needed and was comfortable and clean.
