Lovely apartment and great for a weekend away!

Great apartment with a lovely sea view! Clean and tidy inside, perfect for a few days in Nice! 30-40 minute walk into the centre along the front or bus stop right outside! Great communication from the owner. Kindly let us have a late check out of the property on the final day :)

€500 safety deposit required on arrival Had to pick up the keys from the office at a different location and then return to pay the deposit the following day. Slight inconvenience for a family trip.

Would not recommend this stay

The location was the best part of this stay - that’s the only reason i gave it 5 stars

The photos make this place look cleaner than it really is, everything is old and worn down ( furniture, blankets etc) had problems with the toilet the second we got there, they barely flushed. One ended up leaking a few days into our stay and we ended up being blamed for throwing something in there ( mind you we only flushed with what they provided ) so if you have a problem with the toilet immediately reach out to them or else they will take your security deposit. The location was the only good thing about this place. I also do not recommend staying here with more than 2 people at most. There are two bathrooms, but one only has a tub, the other a shower. We had to share a shower with 4 people, they provided barely any towels for a stay of over a week, barely any laundry pods and barely any toilet paper / paper towels. I would not stay here again or recommend to anyone

France nice.Promenade

The best part was that I could stay there just like it was my own home, without being disturbed by anyone. The location was also perfect – the beach, bus stop, e-bike station, and supermarkets were all just steps away. The owner was kind and welcoming as well.

Great location, ok ish flat

The location was great. The flat was overall clean and nice. The price is good.

The sofa bed wasn’t comfortable. There’s only one small air-con in the living room/kitchen and it wasn’t powerful enough to cool down the place. The air cons in the bedrooms were ok. The check in was only at 2pm but the check out was at 10am and there was no flexibility around it. At 10:02 am the cleaner came and we had to live the flat.

The property was very spacious and a fantastic location to local beach clubs and only a bus/tram ride away to middle of Nice.

Amazing stay in a beautiful location.

The property was in a beautiful location, was a great size and had the most amazing views. The host was very accommodating and helpful The accommodation was very well equipped, we especially liked the beach umbrellas. The beach was across the road, we went every day and it was beautiful.

There was nothing we disliked but if I was being very fussy I would say that the air con was not very cold but that didn’t affect the enjoyment of our stay.

They only tell you a day before that you have to go pickup keys at a different location far from the condo. We had 2 kids and with all our luggage’s had to get a cab from airport to location for keys, unload to get keys and then take another cab to condo. Was such an inconvenience and if this was specified during booking I would have booked a different location.

New, comfortable, spacious apartment with everything you could need for a holiday. The view is amazing, the location is convenient, the agency's staff are nice.

The apartment was so amazing. The view was incredible and the size of the apartment was great. The pull out couch was really uncomfortable but the other two beds were great. The floor was pretty dirty but we just wore flip flops around the apartment because of that. I honestly would recommend this apartment to anybody. We sat on the balcony every moment and had all of our meals and drinks out there. It was fantastic. The negatives are massively outweighed by the positives of the apartment. The collection of the keys was simple. Transport around Nice is easy. It is a little walk out of Nice town, about 3km but it is a nice walk

There were dirty floors and tables. There were supposed to be 4 bathrooms in facility, but there were 3. This was problem for us. Sofa in living room is very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Most beautiful view I had of all stays in France.

The view from 3rd floor every morning and day to see the sunrise and the blue water was amazing. The large tall windows make it even better. The apart. is large modern and super comfortable, 2.5 bath, the kitchen had all, bed comfortable, TV worked, had an espresso maker, pans, toaster. I found parking every night close by and cost 0.50 euro for 12 hr. There was a Carrefour supermarket by the corner at a 2min walk, went there many times. The bus station is in front of apt. You can take a beach or blvd. walk anytime.

The elevator and the front gate need a little maintenance, but are just exterior esthetics, compared to how beautiful the apt. inside is.

Extremely close to the Fabron tram stop so getting around was very easy. The views over the beach were perfect and the apartment was very modern .

It would have been more convenient if the key to the apartment could be left in the apartment or in a safe box at the apartment on departure to save having to get it back to the office prior to flying home .

Zweites Schlafzimmer nicht optimal, Bett nicht so bequem und ziemlich dunkel, da zum Hinterhof raus und dort ist zudem sehr schlechte luft
