About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned flat for rent in Nice, less than a kilometre from the beach. It measures 100 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 50 m² living area, a fitted open-plan kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and a garden of around 60 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
- A 50 m² living area with a TV, a sleeping area with a double sofa bed and a dining area
- A fully equipped open-plan kitchen featuring: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedrooms 1 & 2: each with a double bed (140x200)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: a high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A shared 60m² west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A shared, enclosed 60m² garden with fruit trees
The flat is on the ground floor, one level below the property’s entrance.
The flat is ideally situated in Nice, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…
Things to do:
- Head to Carras beach, just a few minutes’ walk away, for a swim or a spot of sunbathing.
- Swim a few lengths at the Jean Médecin swimming pool, which is 15–20 minutes away by tram.
- Take a stroll through Old Nice and explore its colourful alleyways, shops and markets, a 20–30-minute tram ride away.
- Relax at Phoenix Park, a 10-minute walk away, with its exotic gardens and large tropical greenhouse.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park right next to the accommodation in the pay-and-display car parks 500 metres from the residence.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Nice-Ville station, a 15-minute drive away
- Nearest airport: Nice-Côte d’Azur Airport, a 10-minute drive away
