The property is superbly finished in a great location with beautiful Nice sea views from the terrace. It is ideally located on the second row of the famous Promenade des Anglais just 50m from the beach. The old town of Nice with all the beauty of the markets and squares is within easy reach. Nice is a beautiful vibrant city with everything for a great family holiday or a romantic break. This property would be a perfect place from which you could base your vacation. The apartment benefits from air conditioning in the lounge and master bed, ideal for those hot summer weeks. Located on the 4th floor with access to a modern style lift gives the splendid views out into the bay and across the front of Nice itself from your own private balcony. Grocery stores are yards away, as is a beautiful bakery for those fresh croissants and bread every morning! There is an excellent bus service with the stop right outside the apartment if you want to venture further still.

Ski: This property could be used for a ski due to its proximity to the Alps but please note it is not on location and would require a drive.

We loved the location of the apt. A pastry shop ,market and the beach close by. The tram was a great way to get around and was 5 min away. My only problem was the A/c was not able to keep the place cool as it was August and very hot but we did have fans which helped.we were able to see so much Monaco, Monte Carlo, Eze, Villafranc the gorge Rorhchild mansion. You can take a bus to Italy in 2 hours or a train to Cannes.the apt was very well located

We were very impressed with the thoughtfulness of snacks, beverages, etc that were provided upon arrival. Plenty of restaurants and groceries within walking distance. Les Canailles was a great recommendation for a day at the beach. Also, Steve who manages the property met us promptly both when checking in and out and was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay again if we return to Nice!

Host was very friendly and communicative. Made us feel very welcome and appreciated. Second room very small with two bunks but rest of apartment a good size and comfortable. The location is great. Tram stops, quick walk to the beach, cheap and varied places to eat. I would recommend the place and we would stay here again.

Another diamond in the rough. This unit is easy to access and Steve (property manager) was available on what’s app if you needed him. We were welcomed with some snacks and juice and wine which made the need to stop at the store right away unnecessary. The space as a decent fold out bed in the living room so one teen had the bunk beds while THR other took over the other space. Getting around on the tram is very easy and there is one just a quick walk away. There is a patisserie around to the left with great croissants and we found one to the right about five minute walk which had great tarts and fruit pastries. When you head downtown check out the shops just to the left of the Garibaldi/ Château station, there are little streets of shops and restaurants that are awesome and you end up at the market in the end. We’d stay again!

Our stay in Nice at this property was very pleasant. The property manager was waiting for us upon our arrival and warmly welcomed us. The place was clean, several sets of keys were left for use, and there were even beach chairs. I would definitely recommend a stay here. Very pleasant experience

The location was perfect and the apartment very comfortable. Alex provided excellent instructions on not only the apartment but the city and how to get to the apartment by public transport. Steve met us at the apartment early (early check-in), which was great, since we were tired from two days of traveling. We loved Nice so much that we didn’t want to leave and hope to return soon.

We had a great time staying at this apartment. It is only a short block to the beach and a very comfortable small beach resort. We found that we spent a lot of time taking the trolley to the restaurants and markets. There are trolley stops very close and a yummy Boulanger a short 5 minute walk away. Alex was very responsive prior to arrival and Steve was waiting at the door for us when we arrived. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It worked great as a jumping off point to explore the area.

We recently stayed in this lovely 2 bed apartment for a short break in Nice which was located right next to the promenade; great for walks and views. It had a great balcony which had a partial sea view and was great to just sit and relax in the evening and watch the world go by. The apartment was bigger than we had imagined which was a nice surprise and had good aircon which helped keep it nice and cool. Booking and access was nice and easy and the host (Alex) was very helpful and responsive which always gives good confidence. Loved Nice, and we will be back!

We stayed at this apartment in April with my family and it was perfect for us. It is well located, easy to get to from the airport and very close to the beach. It is situated in a really peaceful area and was lovely to sit out on the balcony for breakfast every morning. The apartment was clean and fresh and looked to have been recently redecorated. Some previous reviews almost put us off staying here but so pleased we booked it. Alex as the host was really helpful and assisted us through the booking and arrival process. No complaints and would happily return.

We booked the apartment for two months and were very pleased of our choice. Couldn't have found a better location with the bus stop at the corner that services most of the lines (going downtown, to the airport, to Cannes, to Grasse, ...). Another wonderful feature was the noise: even though there's construction going on and there's a speedway and railway in the back, the windows keep the racket out! The building is also quite modern compared with Nice's standards, the lift has enough space for five people with luggage (not at all common in this city). The apartment itself is very comfortable and well-equipped (linens, kitchenware, hangers, fans that help with the heat even with the AC on, umbrellas for the beach - you name it!). Moreover, Alex was great, keeping in touch to make sure everything was in order and answering our questions when needed. Overall, we had a good time and wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment again in the future!

This apartment was absolutely one of the best things of our 4 month stay in Nice! When we arrived, we didn't expect it to be this amazing. The apartment was really big, well equiped, very clean and looked even better than on the pictures. The location was just as perfect as te apartment itself, as it was only a 3 minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes away from the EDHEC University. Lastly, the landlord and his agent we're really friendly, we were always able to contact them and the agent in Nice was really helpful when we needed help, for example when the WiFi wasn't working anymore. Thanks for all of this!

Great house with a great living room

With a great view to the city centre of Nice, the house has an awesome living room, a well equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Everything that we were expecting was really there, having a location between the airport and the city centre. Right below there are cafes, bakerys, supermarkets and convenience shops. There is also a bus stop right in front of the house (on the Main Street) where all the buses stop there. Finally, the relation with the owner was good and I would recommend this house for either a short or long stay.

As an Erasmus student the house provided me with all the conditions to really enjoy my semester in Nice. All the kitchen is equipped and the Internet had no problems. It is close to Edhec and with the buses and the VeloBleu system its really easy to get to the city center. I had a really good time there!

I lived in the apartment for 4 months while being in Nice for an Erasmus exchange and had the best experience ever in this place! The location of the apartment is perfect - it's still close to the center, but without all the fuss and tourist crowds. You also have plenty of busses that can take you to the heart of Nice or you can just enjoy the beautiful walk along the sea, which , by the way, you can see even from the balcony! Apartment has all the necessary things that you need for everyday life and even such extras as washing and laundry machines. There are also few grocery stores and even supermarket close to the apartment. Overall, this apartment was everything I expected from the description and Alex was very kind host that always was ready to help.

It has a microwave, freezer, cooktop, toaster oven, perfect for the student or family on a holidayThe apartment building is very safe with great security and nice tenants. This was perfect for my daughter going to university here and a great location to stay at and see the French Riveria with Monaco on one side and Cannes on the other. Much better than staying in a hotel. The caretakers are english speakers as well and are very helpful. I will definitely stay here again as a family vacation apartment. Very nice owner and a pleasure to do business with. I recommend this apartment very highly.

The property was very spacious and clean and accommodated all our needs. It is a short 2 min walk to the beach. There was a bustop directly outside the property to take you in the direction of the airport and a short walk up the street another bus stop to take you in the other direction.

We have 10 days made use of the apartment, it is a lovely apartment, on a fantastic location, we were welcomed very friendly,, the contact was good. We have a total of 8 people slept there including 2 small children. The apartment is fully equipped (only 1 min it lacked a large sharp knife tip, we (for the baquette;-)) and a slightly larger (soup) pan, in order for us to Cook, pair) but that we have in themselves creatively solved! So in a word defined Perfect

Great rental! Perfect for students and families. I spent 8 months (Sept 2010 - April 2011) in Nice with my 9 year old son and could not have asked for a better apartment. The location was perfect; only steps to the famous promenade and beautiful beaches and a lovely bakery, grocery store, pizza place and cafe less than a block and only a 10 minute walk to the University where I was studying. The location also has great access to buses(only 1 euro) that allow for easy travel around the city and to old Nice. Also, the bike rentals are just beside the apartment and offer a nice, quick travel to the city centre. Alex was extremely helpful and patient while I was getting set up and also very undersanding as my needs changed and I needed to leave early and return home. The apartment is very spacious and allowed for many group study dates, which students in my class not only commented on how spacious the apartment was but also how well the internet worked even when we were all using it.(They experienced many little black-outs at their apartments.) The apartment was clean and easy to care for, and had all the amenities I needed. Thank you for everything Alex.

Main criteria for our stay in July 2010 -very hot summer!- were air-conditioning and lift. Rental amount was totally paid beforehand as requested. Air-con being out of order when we checked-in, we could not and did not stay in the apartment. Mr Bolton initially refused any compensation; after much negotiations by email, he finally agreed, end of August, to refund 40% of total amount ... that as at today 06/02/11 has never been credited into our account ! Very disappointing attitude to the least...

Have just come back from a lovely week staying at this appartment in Nice. The appartment was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Although it is a little out of town centre we found the most enjoyable way to get into town was to bike alone the promenade on the velo bleus - this was one of the highlights of the holiday! There was a group of 5/6 of us for the majority of the stay and the appartment suited all of our needs. Highly recommended, we'll hopefully be going back!

Really pleased we booked this property - it was priced just right for 4 people and was a good size - bigger than most we have stayed in. The location could not have been better for us, next to the beach and with the bus stop outside we were in the old town every day for 2 euros! Alex was very helpful all the way through the process and was always there to guide us. The Radisson facilities were an added bonus!! We would recommend this to anyone.

We rented the apartment for 4 nights in October 2009. The apartment itself was very promising. It is relatively quiet and spacious and close to the beach but is between 2 busy roads. There is no parking so if you have a car its difficult. The apartment was poorly maintained and dirty. The sheets and towels that were supplied were very very smelly and although there is a washing machine there was no possibility of drying them. We had two young families so wanted to cook. Cooking equipment was poor (teflon pans are scratched and old) and there were not enough glasses. The coffee maker was broken. The hoover was full and no new bags for it. Five light bulbs were broken. The apartment needs a good clean, fresh linen and re-equipping, then our experience would have been much better.

Great to be so near the sea

My wife and I rented the apartment on a long term basis for ten months up to July 09. In the main we found it to be great and Alex, the owner, was very easy to deal with and responded quickly if there were any problems. The apartment was clean and in good order. During the warmer months it was simply wonderful to be able to wander over to the beach, swim and hang out. The beach is great - don't be put off by the pebbles, just make sure you have a pair of neoprene (or similar) swimming shoes. In fact a pebble beach is great because you don't get sand everywhere. The view from the balcony is very attractive and we found we spent a lot of time there, eating. reading and generally enjoying the vista. The apartment is a fair distance from the city centre but the walk along the Promenade des Anglais is always interesting - and if you stay in town for the evening you can take the night bus back; it stops outside the apartment - the stop is St Helene. The apartment is within easy reach of the airport. Walking takes about 40 minutes - but for one Euro you can take the 23 bus which stops right outside the apartment building. Don't waste money on the 98 Airport Express. One thing I would particularly recommend is hiring bikes. With bikes you can get to the centre of town quickly - and safely, because there is an excellent cycle path all the way. And if you do hire bikes consider heading off in the other direction, to St Laurent du Var and Cagnes sur Mer. There is a cycle path most of the way and these places, often overlooked by short term visitors, have a wide variety of attractions from numerous restaurants to the delightful Renoir Museum. The old medieval village of Haut de Cagnes is also well worth a visit. There are lots of shops nearby. I would recommend turning right out of the apartment building and walking about 5/600 yards to an area called Carras where there are lots of small shops of character and quality. Beyond these you will find Carrefour and Casino supermarkets. We preferred Casino. Bus travel is cheap - you can do lots of journeys, eg to Cannes or Monaco for one Euro - consider also some inland towns such as Aspremont which is most attractive and never particularly busy.
