A good place to stay, near the beach and public transportation.

The cleanliness of the place, and the sweetness of the clean lady who received us. Also, the location was good for commuting, although not as close from all the attractions and the old town as one would like. Overall, it was a good place.

For one, they only left 2 toilet papers for 4 people during 6 days, which seemed ridiculous. Apart from that, there was no soap, shampoo, or anything in the bathroom. Before arriving to the place, the host told me that we would have to pay a late arrival fee of 30 euros, because of the person who was handing the keys to us, instead of just leaving them somewhere. Not only that, but she also wanted to charge us a cleaning fee not included in the price, of 100 euros. Fortunately, booking.com took care of it and talked to the landlord to prevent that.

Exceptional

We spent a few unforgettable days on the Côte d'Azur in a beautiful, air-conditioned and practically furnished apartment, and we would love to come back again. It is a few minutes from the beach, tram stop and shops. If the windows are closed, the noise from the busy road can hardly be heard. Betty was very nice and helpful, she fulfilled all our requests.

don’t go there

the Property location is good . but the conditions are poor. You have to pay for everything ( beds sheets , towels) even if you paid for the stay . which no one mentioned. we had some problems and delay on our trip and we came about midnight… I know it’s not convenient time … but they are not friendly with that. we had to wait 1 hour for someone to come and open for us . And after all they asked for fees . In the bathroom you don’t have anything… not even soap . We don’t recommend to anyone that place . Sorry about that.

it’s a nice apartment with nice walk to the beach and amenities. with the cleaning charges it’s more expensive than hote

nice and fresh. good kitchen and comfortable apartment. close to the beach and restaurants.

there was no elevator and apartment on third floor. would have been good to know that before booking. I had my old mother with me. Extra charge of 50€ For cleaning. this was not mentioned before booking it.

Passable

The owner does not speak a single word of english and is not very accommodating. She wasn't even present at the check in. Moreover, the place is far away from city center, it's not easy to find and the rooms windows give to the highway and railway with relative noise.

Great location! Apartment is renovated. Air conditioner in every room. Good shower.

Really bad smell (probably because of cigarette). Old towels and bed linen. No warm water in the sink.

Comfy beds

Amazing mattresses, fully equipped kitchen. Carrefour is very close and you can always have a good shopping there. Very welcoming host and happy to help you with directions.

A bit far from the buzz of city centre. Takes 12 min by tram (No. 2). You might have to take an uber if spending time in the centre until late.

Vi hade lägenheten i en vecka och allt var toppen från början till slut. Vi kom lite tidigt, men personen vi mötte vid dörren var väldigt trevlig och välkomnande. Allt var i ordning vid ankomsten – rent, fräscht och precis som på bilderna. Läget var perfekt och vi trivdes jättebra hela veckan. Rekommenderas varmt!

Det fanns en liten balkong – mysig men lite mindre än vi hade hoppats på. Överlag en fin upplevelse!
