A wonderful week in Nice!

We stayed at the apartment for one week at the beginning of August. Getting the key was easy, the host Nicolas is very friendly and helpul. The apartment was perfect for us, everything is like in the description. From the balcony you have a stunning view over the sea and we loved having a glass of rosé wine there in the evenings. A little bakery and a supermarket are nearby and it‘s also no problem getting to the old town. You can either use the bus (12+) along the seafront or the tram that runs directly behind the building. We will definitely come back! 😃

While the view and location were as expected and very nice, the condition of the apartment was a disappointment. We felt

The view from the front room was just as depicted, and it was gorgeous. The outside of the building is newly painted and pretty. There is absolutely no on-site parking at the apartment. The tram runs just behind the building, but we were disappointed to learn that it did not make stops near the property for the entire week we were in the area because of security concerns related to an international ocean conference in Nice. The air-conditioning worked well, but it sometimes went off for some reason. We didn’t use the microwave, dishwasher or laundry machine, but they would be helpful to some people. We appreciated using the drying rack for towels. The apartment is furnished with a small couch that converts to a single bed, which was very helpful for us. We were glad about the elevator in the building. The manager was very friendly and welcoming.

The biggest problem was the musty and dirty smell of the towels that were provided, as well as the small tears and stains in the bedsheets. The property manager should replace the sheets and towels. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, and it caused a mildew smell in that area of the apartment. We were surprised that the manager only provided two rolls of brown toilet paper for 4 people for 4 days. In general, we were expecting a few more amenities than we received. We wish that we could have had two keys rather than just one.

We are recently stayed at Promenade 219 in Nice, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The apartment is spacious, clean, and good decorated, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view of the sea from the balcony is simply breathtaking — perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The location is ideal, right on the famous Promenade des Anglais, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Nicolas was very welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. I would highly recommend Promenade 219 to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay in Nice. I would definitely love to come back!

Wonderful view

Clean apartment with helpful host. The view is beautiful and you can watch the sunrise over the sea. There is a supermarket, bakery and a tram stop few meters away.

Its noisy, so don’t forget your earplugs. This is valid for all properties on the promenade.

A pleasant and enjoyable 6 day break in Nice

A spacious 4th Floor Apartment for the two of us, with 2 bedrooms and a large main room incorporating the kitchen. The small balcony was much appreciated, looking over the sea/Promenade des Anglais. Very Handy for the L2 tram [use Fabron or Sainte Helene], which goes from the Port to the Airport. Nicholas was keen to help and clear about deposit etc. He met us on arrival and departure and was very friendly.

Great stay at a lovely apartment with amazing sea view and just a 2-min walk to the beach.

Great location with a 2-minute walk to the beach. Whilst the old town/centre is further away, it’s only 10mins away by tram. Also walkable. The apartment is spacious with good facilities, and above all has a stunning ocean view with a cute little terrace also.

The bedroom side of the flat gets a little noisy from quite early due to the frequent tram service below. It’s fine but should be a consideration for light sleepers. The bathroom floor gets quite wet as the shower is not fully covered…

Pleasant

Very good location right on the beach with a tram station just behind the apartment building that takes you to the old city and the airport.

The apartment is not very comfortable. The living area only had a two-seater sofa. The night stands in the bedrooms would break apart if one tries to open the drawers. The bathroom only had a hand held shower (the head shower was broken), no soap/shampoo holder and no trash bins. On top of all, the building was under renovation. The balcony was blocked by scaffoldings and showered with debris, and we would wake up to the sound of hammers and drills. The owner initially offered to discount the price, but after we left claimed we damaged the bathroom sliding door (not true; from the time we arrived the door was anything but sliding) and left shoe marks on the walls! Advise to future guests: video tape the apartment upon arrival to avoid a similar experience...

I would’ve let us know that there was scaffolding work being done! and also, you need to figure out the shower big time! water goes everywhere , no shower curtain, and no place to put the showers wand overhead. made showering a long process and messy.

Very good

Location is perfect with great views on the see. The tram stop is 5 min away, which allows very easy access to the city center and the airport. There are grocery shops around and a service station just next to the property. It is also located right in front of the protected beach by lifeguards. Were were 5 people including a 6mo baby, a 4 yo, and 3 adults. One adult used the sofa bed which was not very comfortable but good enough for the stay. You have to expect the road to be busy and a little noisy at that location.

The booking.com advertisement clearly indicates that there is available free parking at the location, which was not the case. That was a big down after driving more than 7 hours to know that we would have to find a parking spot. Also Nice does not have long term parking inside the city and either you have to get a parking ticket every 3 hours on the street, or park at the hotel next door, which was quite full at that time (July) and is also quite expensive. We have contacted the property owner, however, no solution was found. I had to spend time to find a parking spot every day. We were also missing some knives for cooking.

Great Apartment and great Location

The location was perfect, the apartment had a see view. The facilities in the aparment are just as shown in the pictures. The AC worked perfectly and we were able to use the free car parking. The landlord was also very friendly and helped us with every question that we had regarding the apartment. I can only recommend the place and for sure ill be back there.

Super je le recommande.

L'emplacement est parfaite avec vue sur la mer, nous avions que la rue à traversée pour se rendre à la mer. Le seul point négatif était que les gens des autres appartements n'appréciaient pas les touristes et nous avons eu des remarques désobligeantes même si nous étions 4 adultes très tranquilles.

- дійсно перша лінія з прямим краєвидом на море. - зручний балкон та французький балкон на якому приємно сидіти та дивитись на море - В квартирі все відповідає тому що на фото. - Великий пляж на якому мало людей через дорогу. - Зручна логістика на автобусі, або трамваї до центра Ніцци. До Монте Карло, Кан та Антібу теж дуже зручно добиратися. - 3 супермаркета поруч.

- дуже шумно: трамваї, літаки, автомобільна дорога, туристи - нормально виспатися неможливо. - ліфт майже ніколи не працював. На 4 поверх підійматися пішки було дуже не зручно - вода з душевної постійно витікала в ванну кімнату - хотілось би щоб на кухні був блендер
