L'interno dell'appartamento è carino,ben arredato e c'è tutto ciò che serve.
Non è facile trovare l'appartamento di sera,al buio. Impasse du square Magnan non sembra una via e ci siamo sbagliati un po' di volte prima di trovare il posto giusto. Inoltre non c'è illuminazione fuori dalla casa e non si riusciva a vedere bene nè l'entrata nè la scatolina con le chiavi. Di giorno la casa ha tutto un altro aspetto.

La posizione strategica e la tranquillità dell'' appartamento
Sufficientemente attrezzato e arredato in modo stravagante
Dintorni, Ingresso e condominio molto trascurati e sporchi, senza una luce, anche ad energia solare, per vedere qualcosa quando si rientra al buio.
Oggetti lasciati da ospiti precedenti sotto il lavello, non si capisce il perché.
Non c'è neanche un coperchio per le stoviglie
