We had a fantastic stay and couldn't have been happier with the apartment. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore Nice and the surrounding area.
The host was friendly, helpful, and communicated brilliantly throughout. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Nice. Five stars all the way!

It was nice to have a balcony, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets.
It was in a good neighbourhood.
Open plan area worked well
Not enough mirrors. No mirror in the biggest bedroom which was unusual.
The cork screw was broken.
Not clear where to recycle bottles.

Beautiful apartment, clean, spacious, comfortable beds, equipment for cooking. Great views. 15 minute walk to the Promenade. Great communication with the host and Sebastian for meeting us for access. Ubers were very reasonable to visit Eze, Ville France and return to the airport.
Hand soap in bathrooms would be useful. Near a busy road so is noisy in the mornings and on an incline so need to be fairly active to walk back from the town.
