It was a pleasant base for a wonderful group holiday.

The location was good as it allowed easy access to walk into town and (almost) easy access to walk to the train station. The apartment was spacious with excellent lighting, ventilation and air conditioning. The shower facilities were very good with plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for a week's stay. The terraced balcony with sea view was useful for breakfast and relaxing. Our flight was delayed by several hours and it was almost midnight when we arrived but Sébastien was very kind and waited for us.

The bedroom by the front entrance had no wardrobe space (although it did have a mirror) and the person using it had to keep their clothes in their suitcase. Although a small room, a single standalone wardrobe would be ideal. A mirror in each of the other bedrooms would be beneficial for dressing purposes. One of our party complained of excessive noise (footsteps on the tiles) from the apartment above.

Great base for exploring

Apartment was it a great location short walk to beach, tram/bus and train station spacious and well equipped.

Lack of mirrors difficult for 7 women to get ready. Near a busy road however you get used to the noise quickly and can’t hear it when the windows are closed

gorgeous apartment with nice hosts

Simply put: we loved everything. It was easy to communicate with Olivia and Sebastien. We arrived later than expected and Sebastien was really nice about the delay as well. We had a memorable stay, and the apartment added a lot to the experience. The apartment is really cozy and spacious. It has 3 bathrooms that made our stay more convenient. The beds are comfy, but queen size, so rather suitable for couples. The kitchen is well equipped, and you can see the sea from the balcony.

I would not say we didn't like this, but the parking space was very narrow and hard to park. Although there is an elevator, it starts from the mezzanine, so would not recommend for disabled people

I wish the host could allow booking for minimum of three night instead of four nights. Sockets in the smallest bedroom weren’t working, but wasn’t a problem.

Accommodation where style and romance coexist

Spacious room with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Luxurious interior. Great kitchen. Free parking.Ocean view in the distance. Great sunset.

The parking lot is a bit too narrow for a rental car. The noise can be heard even when the door is closed at night. It was a bit uncomfortable to hear the noise of construction while taking a short break at the accommodation during the day.

Very enjoyable place, 10/10 recommend

Very nice apartment. We shared it with 7 people and it was very spacious to cook, play games etc. Multiple bathrooms, dishwasher, balconies, beautiful views and perfect location from the airport to the city centre.

The beds were a bit too small for friends instead of couples, but they were very comfortable.

A perfect weekend in Nice

We had a fantastic stay at Olivia’s place! We came to Nice for a marathon with 7 other friends and it was perfect. Spacious, three bathrooms, beautiful views, well looked after property, very central and insanely fast wifi. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Nice.

Appartement très agréable, parfait pour un séjour en famille ou avec des amis. Situé à moins de 10mn à pieds du vieux Nice et de la promenade des anglais. Un grand merci à Sébastien pour son excellent accueil.

Le descriptif n'est pas assez précis: on parle de salles de bain privatives. En réalité il n'y a pas une salle de bain par chambre mais 2 salles de bain pour 4 chambres en réalité.

Muito agradável

Espaço amplo, moderno, perfeito para uma estadia com amigos. A varanda é incrível para fazer refeições com sobre Nice, vendo-se ao fundo o mar.

Podia ter mais espelhos (só havia um espelho comprido num dos quartos), poucos tachos e panelas e quando fomos a máquina de lavar a loiça estava avariada, tivemos que lavar a louça manualmente.

Gospodarz bez problemu i bez dopłaty przedłużył nam pobyt o 5 godzin (czyli do godz.16.00) w dniu wyjazdu. Nowoczesny lokal z przestronnym kuchnio-salonem. Dwie łazienki, plus trzecia toaleta osobno. Spory balkon z dużym stołem i krzesłami oraz widokiem na miasto i morze.

Lokalizacja wymaga korzystania z komunikacji miejskiej (albo dłuższych przejść pieszych) w dotarciu do atrakcji lub dworców.
