The attic floor get really really hot over the day as there are no windows, the AC that is only in the hallway doesn’t help much. Can be solved by going to sleep later, when the house “cools down”. Also the location is a little further from the city center, which however can be easily reached by bus that departs literally from underneath the window :)

We stayed in this apartment for 2 days, and it was a GREAT experience! First and foremost, the apartment itself was nicely equipped and decorated, the design was very unique and eye-catching. It created a cozy and comfy atmosphere. We were pleasantly surprised from the very moment we entered it. Secondly, Marie, the host, gave clear instructions on where we could find free-of-charge parking, and responded immediately if we had any questions. Last but not least, the renting cost was not extortionate AT ALL. It was definitely a great value for money. Thanks to Marie, we had a chance to enjoy our stay in Nice as much as we could. 100% recommend this apartment

Lokalizacyjne jest super położony, blisko komunikacji

Uważam ze za wcześniejsze zameldowanie dodatkowa opłata w wysokości 50 euro jest przesadna,b rudne i zakrwawione pościele i ręczniki ( zgłosiłem od razu po zameldowaniu ale właścicielka nic z tym nie zrobiła). Było bardzo zimno w całym mieszkaniu oraz bardzo dużym minusem był umywalka i prysznic w jednym z pokoi a obok sam sedes ( nie rozumiem sensu oddzielenia sedesu i umieszenie prysznicu i umywalki w pokoju)
