A fabulous, stylish, well located apartment

The size of the apartment, the location, the supermarket across the road, the bakery across the road slightly to the right, the beach a 5/10 minute walk away. It had 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms which was excellent for our group of 7. It was really well equipped and served us well would highly recommend.

There is a charge for late arrivals which we knew about before arriving (not booking) and we were fine with. It's 50€ up to midnight or so we thought, and a 100 after. We did make it before midnight, but the check in took us over midnight and although we paid what was asked for, the 50€ , we were asked for the additional 50.

Beware hidden fees, inaccurate listing

Good location within walking distance from the train station and (a little farther) the sea/boardwalk. Cleaned well.

The ad for the apartment is NOT accurate. There are 2 full bathrooms, not 4, and the number of beds listed (7 beds in total including a sofa bed and pullout bed) we're NOT present. When I asked the manager about this they blamed me for not requesting them, however the listing states you cannot request additional beds. And anyway, they were included in the listing so why would I ask for them? Additionally there is A/C listed but it is only in one room. The rest of the apartment gets quite hot even at night. Lastly beware hidden fees. Although check in and check out times are listed all day, check out is actually 1100. We were also forced to pay 100 euros for checking in "late" on our day of arrival and this was nowhere mentioned in the listing.

Absolute crapy apartment...literally

The location of the property is very good, have good restaurants nearby and good neighbourhood

The property is not maintained at all. Floor tiles are coming off and is complete health and safety hazard. My mother badly injured her feet there. They say the place has 5 washrooms, that's a lie. it has only 2 toilets and 3 bathrooms. The bathroom doors do not have locks. The beds and all the furniture in the place is very poor quality. Air conditioning only in the living room which isn't sufficient for all rooms, so don't dare going there in summers.

At 9:04 PM we immediately sent a message to the host, but got no reply at all. I also sent an email with no response, and even after calling customer service, nothing was resolved. Later, Booking support emailed the host to ask if cancellation was possible. Since we received no answer, we assumed we couldn’t check in and had to book another hotel, paying again. Only around 10:30 PM did the host finally reply, saying cancellation was not possible, and 15 minutes later someone came to open the door, demanding €50 extra (later reduced to €30). The whole experience was terrible. If check-in after 9 PM is not allowed, Booking should not confirm the booking. And if the host receives a message, they should immediately inform the guest, not stay silent. We wasted both money and time. Very disappointing — I would not recommend booking this property.
