Hissen fungerade inte. Väldigt ansträngande att släpa väskor till tredje våningen.

Prachtige locatie waar je erg snel op alle mooie plekjes zit, de promenade is slechts een paar minuten lopen. Sleutelkastje werkte ook perfect.
Prullenbak in de badkamer was niet geleegd, niet erg fris. 1 toiletrol is te weinig als je meer dan 1/2 nachten verblijft, meer rollen kost weinig maar voegt veel toe.

Die Unterkunft liegt in der Haupteinkaufsstraße von Nizza. Altstadt, Strandpromenade und Bahnhof sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Supermärkte befinden sich ebenfalls in Nähe. Vor der Unterkunft liegt eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Das Bad ist neu, das farnz. Doppelbett in Ordnung. Grundaustattung an Handtüchern, Toi-Papier, Spülmittel etc. ist vorhanden.
Küchenaustattung ist dürftig, aber reicht aus um sich Frühstück und kleine Mahlzeiten zu machen. Schrank ist nicht vorhanden, stattdessen einen Art Regal mit Stange. Weitere Ablageflächen sind nicht vorhanden. Wichtig: Das beschriebene Appartement liegt zur Straße hin und die Straßenbahn klingelt tagsüber laut und im Abstand von wenigen Minuten. Nachts fährt die Straßenbahn nicht.
