Good location in Nice
Right in the center of Nice, great location. Some apartments are a little noisy because they face the main street. Clean, easy check-in, good communication with the host. Attention to details. All you need for a short stay.
The staircase is dark and can be a little scary but the elevator works. No private parking but a paid public parking very close (pretty expensive though).

Kettle had dirt in the bottom, we cleaned it then it just didn't work at all.
We found someone's nail clippings on the floor
The bed was very squeaky with the smallest movement so we barely slept

Good place, close to everything!
Location was excellent. Room was large and clean with working fridge and good kitchen facilities. Host was a good communicator so no problem getting in
WiFi security is weak! The building is having renovations and it was harder to find due to scaffolding hiding the building. Also the workman started around 6am in the morning so they woke me up. Bathroom lighting wasn’t great as two globes didn’t work.

City Break in Nice
Location is super. Close to attractions, shopping and places to eat. Accommodation was good for a couple and was comfortable.
The stairway could do with more lights and you have to be very careful not to trip on the stairs when coming out of the lift to access the doorway to apartments.

Amazing location. Easy access to the beach, shops, cafes. A few minutes to the beach. Nothing can beat this location. OK value for the money.
Bed was very squeaky, making sounds even with a little move. It was comfy though. The floor wasn't clean. We missed a little wardrobe to put our clothes in, there was just an open wire cabinet with 2 open shelves at the bottom, and that wasn't enough. It just needs a little cabinet. The room generally needs a bit of TLC.

Unsafe for elders, unfair resolution policy
Booked this for my elderly mom traveling alone. The front door has been closed for months due to construction so they had her enter/exit through the emergency exit which was unsafe and also not shown/mentioned in the listing. My mom had issues leaving and entering every day so we emailed asking to be relocated or refunded for the remaining days so she could find safer accommodation. They refused to do either, but my mom left anyways.
We escalated to booking.com, but they also weren’t able to come to a fair resolution. Would never book again or recommend to anyone because of the poor support and experience.

Location is excellent, balcony is great, and the apartment itself had everything we needed including really good AC.
It comes hand in hand with the location of being so central on a busy street, but it was loud outside into the early hours with a combination of late night crowds and the tram stop.

Considering i am pregnant we had to wait 40mins with luggage infront of the door. The host didn't answer me any of WhatsApp, direct call and booking.com at the check in time even if the host already confirmd me 1 day before and also at the same day 1 hour earlier about check in time.

Location (apart from the nearness to the tram lines on road outside which ran from early morning, balcony. Very helpful cleaner greeted us on arrival.

Really good location with tram stop right outside and old town and beach promenade only a short walk.
We had an issue with unpleasant smells coming into the kitchen through a cabinet opening from another unit in the building, and after an initial reply from the owner saying not to worry, we heard nothing from our followup concerns and it was never addressed.

Stunningly good location, but be aware of the disadvantages
The location was absolutely amazing, stepping out right by the main square, and only a few minutes from the beach. It was super-easy to reach directly from the airport (tram line 2). The apartment was all newly renovated.
The worst was the shower woke us up twice by coming on twice in the middle of the night; I think it's the boiler design to allow expansion of hot water, but it was super annoying to be twice woken up at night.
The apartment was also quite small, particularly from the end of the bed to the wall, so that my partner hit her head on the television once squeezing through, and I hit my ankle on the corner of the bed.
The mirror in the bathroom was too high; ok for me, but not my shorter partner. The bathroom also lacked shelf-type space to put things; we had to put our own sponge bags on the floor, sometimes towels on the floor since the radiator wasn't big enough for several towels, and not even a toilet roll holder.

Very central and value for money
Very central location, in the main pedestrian street that connects the railway station with Massena Square, with tram stop just outside the apartment.
It took quite some time to the owner / manager to give us the keys although we informed him as soon as we reached the place, as he told us, and although he was in the next apartment. Also we were informed after our booking that we would be charged extra €20 in case we arrived after 21.00, which was not mentioned anywhere before the reservation. Finally, the number of towels provided could have been more generous (we were 2 persons and were given just 1 face towel and 2 bath towels) as well as the toiletries (just 1 roll of paper and 2 small shampoos/ shower gels). Please also use auto translate for contacting guests, as not everybody is familiar with the French language!

The host was amiable. The apartment is in an excellent location, close to every attraction. Also, I stayed in an apartment with a view of the inside court. This helped to have quiet staying.

Die Lautstärke direkt unter mir Straßenbahn Stromausfall ich konnte nicht kochen weil der Hert kaputt war natürlich habe ich nach dem Einkaufen gemerkt den ganzen Tag musste ich in der Wohnung bleiben weil jemand erst nach Stunden Kamm wegen Strom als ich ankam kein Toiletten Papier Fenster kaputt konnte ich nicht öffnen Baustelle ich könnte noch so weiter schreiben die Zimmer hinten da war es wenigsten ruhig aber ein anderes habe ich nich bekommen es war garnich gut noch was die Zigaretten kosten hier 15€😱🥶

Tudo foi perfeito: localização excelente, cama confortável, quarto amplo, banheiro moderno e impecável, além de uma cozinha bem equipada e espaçosa, transporte na porta da hospedagem. Ficar em frente à Galeries Lafayette e pontos turísticos foi simplesmente maravilhoso. Depois de 30 dias de viagem, encontramos o lugar ideal para descansar. Uma surpresa incrível e muito bem-vinda.

O quarto tinha muito pó no chão. Não se podia andar descalço. A cama é muito fraca. O apartamento não tem isolamento algum quer de som quer de temperatura. Qualquer vizinho, dos restantes apartamentos, sempre que saia ou entrava no respetivo alojamento, ouvia-se as vozes, os passos, as chaves a abrir as portas... O apartamento não é arejado, tem sempre um cheiro de muito uso. Os tapa sois da única janela estão degradados, mal funcionam, arriscam-se a cair. Tinha, apenas, um rolo de papel higiénico, para duas pessoas e para toda a estadia. Comprámos outros e deixámos no apartamento para ajudar o próximo hóspedes. As áreas comuns do edifício estão mal tratadas e muito sujas.

Siamo arrivati e c'era un solo cuscino con federa per due persone , c'era solo il coprimaterasso e un piumone da montagna (peccato che siamo a Nizza a ferragosto), gli asciugamani in dotazione erano sporchi , climatizzatore rumorossimo , WIFI inesistente, e la seconda sera proprio nel momento del rientro in stanza dopo la giornata al mare siamo stati 4 ore senza elettricità ( ovvero senza luce ,climatizzatore,ecc....)e servizio di assistenza telefonica praticamente inesistente

Nuisances sonores :
Le tramway de la ligne 1 passe juste sous les fenêtres de l’appartement. Cette ligne circule de 4h25 du matin jusqu’à 0h50 le lendemain avec un intervalle de 8 à 9 minutes. Pour les personnes sensibles au bruit (bruit de freinage et de cloche), cela signifie que vous ne pouvez dormir que de 0h50 à 4h25. Je vous laisse imaginer l’impact.
Propreté de l’appartement :
Mes enfants ont l’habitude d’être pieds nus à la maison, et malgré mes avertissements, ils insistent pour marcher ainsi. Le carrelage au sol masque la saleté, mais il devient évident, après quelques minutes, de constater que l’état de propreté laisse à désirer. Ce n’est pas acceptable dans un logement qui se veut de qualité.
Fournitures hygiéniques :
À notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé le nécessaire pour une première nuit et un premier jour. Pour les jours suivants, nous devons être autonomes, conformément aux instructions. Nous sommes quatre et avons reçu 4 sachets de gel douche, 4 sachets de shampoing et un seul rouleau de papier toilette entamé. En vacances depuis 15 jours sans bagage en soute, nous n’avons pas pu emporter nos produits de toilette. Nous avons donc été contraints d’acheter ce qui nous manquait pour une journée supplémentaire. (Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet appartement).
Accueil des hôtes :
J’ai essayé de contacter les 2 hôtes avant de lire les instructions pour demander des sachets supplémentaires de gel douche et de shampoing. Au lieu de répondre ou de me rappeler les instructions, ils ont ignoré mes messages et mes appels (2 messages et plus d’un appel par hôte). Mon deuxième message était clair : « Pourriez-vous me répondre, s’il vous plaît ? ». Aucun retour. Ce manque de professionnalisme et de courtoisie est inacceptable.
État de l’immeuble :
L’appartement a été rénové de manière bas de gamme, avec un niveau minimum syndical. L’immeuble, quant à lui, est dans un état qu’une odeur persistante de moisissures est présente partout.
