Samourai Massena Lodge -1 min from the sea

The location is prime. Everything was within walking distance or a short tram stop away. The kitchen was well equipped with a Nespresso pod machine and a corkscrew, which is key for morning wake ups and evening wind downs. The little book that explained things about the apartment and the location was nice. WiFi worked great. The two A/C units kept it nice and cool on the hot summer's day. Even though this is on a busy plaza once you're inside the building you can't hear much street noise.

There was a strong sewer gas smell from the time you opened the door and it really was offputting. There's was a small exhaust fan in the living room but it didn't help. The exhaust fan in the bathroom turned on but the fan didn't spin which made it damp in there after showering. The shower curtain was too short to effectively keep water inside the shower and you had to contend with a messy room after four people showered. The sofas were tired and sagging and the kitchen table was about to fall apart just by looking at it. The beds were rock hard but functional. The building has an elevator but you have to go up one flight of stairs to get to it. There's also a weird riser in the entryway of the apartment that I kept forgetting about and almost tripping on.

le peu d'équipements et d'ustensiles de cuisine, pas de petite table de salon pas de plateau. L'accès à l'ascenseur nécessite de monter à l'entre sol et contraignant avec des valises

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Nice et les environs. Le tram est juste en bas et vous emmène partout. Nombreux restaurants juste à côté. L'appartement est grand et très confortable, Calme et silencieux la nuit malgré le Carnaval en dessous.

l´appartement était bien .Mais il y avait deux problèmes. 1) les oreillers et les coussins sont mauvais odeur ! 2) utilisation de clé était très difficile ! à cause de cela, on a 3 fois derange un voisin. même si j´ai contacté au propriétaire, il m´a répondu par texte. j´aurais aimé qu´il vienne sur place,ou au moins expliquer avant.
