В квартире чисто, вся техника в прекрасном состоянии, кухня снабжена всем необходимым; кровати, постельное бельё, полотенца- идеальны! Замечательный балкон с лежаками и столом для обеда, кофе. Кондиционеры и жалюзи в рабочем состоянии. Душ с хорошим напором воды, два полотенцесушила и сушилка для белья на балконе. Красивейший, всегда чистый подъезд с широкой лестницей и маленьким, но спасительным (когда с сумками или чемоданами) лифтом.

This was a lovely , clean and comfortable apartment. It was bright and sunny and had a balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed- though we did not cook there. The beds were comfortable. We loved the location - easy walk to the old town, the promenade anglais , the train station-Nice Ville and various buses. Found 2 coffee shops open at 9 am daily which was perfect - fabulous coffee, scones , croissants. I would happily stay there again.
There is an elevator- very small 1 person, 1 suitcase. Cool electronic key fobs for the gate and front door of the building. One full bathroom- shower toilet and sink - access from the hall. Bedroom 2 had a shower and sink. Near the front door was a toilet and sink.
Everything was perfect!
