Appart' cosy sur les toits du coeur de Nice - Clim

Location, clean, cozy and well-appointed. Location is a few minutes from the boardwalk and most convenient. The apt was also very well prepared for us with small details making all the difference.

Stairs and low ceiling. The apt is on the top floor of a 5 story building with no elevator. For people with difficulty walking up stairs, it is hard enough without luggage. If my children weren’t with me, we would have really struggled just to get to the apt. It’s the attic of the building and thus the final set of stairs have a rope instead of a staircase handle and the steps get very narrow and steep. The ceiling is also very low as it slopes downwards towards the ends of the apt. I’m only 5 foot 9 inches and I banged my head several times just moving around.

Logement parfaitement situé à Nice, à proximité des transports et des lieux incontournables. L’appartement est propre, fonctionnel et très bien entretenu, avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour un séjour confortable, y compris une cuisine bien équipée et une machine à laver. Les hôtes sont très professionnels, avec une communication fluide, des consignes précises et une grande réactivité. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.
