About this apartment rental
One block from Place Masséna and rubbing shoulders with Galeries Lafayette department store, the epitome of French chic, Opus gives you the opportunity to really experience Nice from the inside. This is the central shopping and entertainment district, which is ideally located to give easy access to the Old Town, the beach, the elegant shopping areas, restaurants, cafés and the tram to the railway station. Everything within a 5-minute walk; this really is the place to be.

Three double bedrooms, each with air-conditioning, reading lamps, lots of cupboard storage space and double-glazing for a peaceful night’s sleep.
Bathooms
There are two elegant bathrooms, one upstairs and one down. Both have a shower, heated towel rails and large basins with plenty of drawers to arrange your necessities; one also has a bathtub for an extra touch of relaxation.
Living area
The heart of the apartment is the large, open-plan living area which looks up to the gallery above. An enormous sofa calls to you, tempting you to sit back and put your feet up and might make it difficult to leave! Adding to this difficulty, there is wifi, a large TV, DVD player and music system to keep you entertained.
Kitchen and dining area
To one side of the central living space is the kitchen and dining area, creating a very communal feeling. The kitchen if fully equipped, with oven, electric hobs, microwave, dishwasher and all the essentials and your laundry is also fully catered for with a washer, dryer, iron and clotheshorse. The contemporary dining table seats six with comfortable chairs, for the occasions when you choose to dine in.

Overall it was a good stay, but this would compare to a basic hotel, nothing fancy as is implied in the listing. Beware if you are tall--the ceilings are low and it is easy to smack your head. The location was very convenient. The beds are double beds (small) Elena was very helpful when we checked in and when we had an issue with one of the showers. Air conditioning was very nice.

Listing appeared larger than picture. Older building but clean. Location was great for access to beach , train and tram. Good shopping near by. Apartment needs a more usable shower. Design is a bit difficult to use, other than that , very good accommodation.

This was our first time in Nice and this apartment is everything in the description and more. You can literally walk everywhere. It is spacious and immaculately clean. Jenny was an absolute pleasure to work with. She checked us in and explained every detail. We will be back again soon!

The property was in a great location, close to public transportation and two blocks from the ocean. It was very clean and neat. We had everything we needed for our vacation. The bedrooms were quite comfortable, modern bathrooms with plenty of hot water and pressure.
There was air conditioning which we appreciated very much.
