About this house rental
This house is situated in the heart of the Old Town with its daily markets and numerous cafés, restaurants and bars. The house has stunning panoramic sea views and is situated directly opposite the beach.
The property is set out over three levels. On the 1st floor there is a large open-plan living room/dining room/kitchen with French doors to the balcony giving extensive sea views. There is a fully fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer) and the house is equipped with air-conditioning, a TV and DVD player.
On the ground level is the master bedroom with an en-suite corner bath and vanity unit, fitted wardrobes and French doors that open from the bedroom onto a private terrace. There is also a separate W.C.
On the basement level there are two double bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes. There is also a shower room and separate W.C. along with a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

This property has it all - excellent location, spectacular view and all the amenities you could want from a holiday home on the French Riviera. The beach is opposite, the old town is just behind the property and there are numerous excellent restaurants close by. It is very quiet despite its central location. We hope to return!

This apartment is a one minute walk to Old Town. The beach and Promenade is across the street. The castle lookout stairs are a block away. There are 30 plus restaurants within 1-10 minute walk. The view from the balcony is amazing! We stayed for 2 weeks. We sat out on the balcony for coffee, wine and in between! Beds are comfortable. 2 bedrooms on lower level and one on mid level. Living space on top. Plenty of storage. Good water pressure. Air conditioning in each room work very well. Total steps in apartment = 35 from bottom bedrooms to top living area. Kitchen well equipped. Place is very clean and comfortable. TV has satellite with English channels!! We would stay here again. This is an amazing property in the best location. Highly recommend
