Great stay, amazing location not too far from Nice. The view was spectacular! Unfortunately the WiFi wasn’t great and the lights at the pool didn’t work. Other than that it was a great!

We had an lovely time. This big house has everything you need. There's air con for hot nights. Two terraces for eating, one with a gas bbq. Incredible views, great pool and its own tennis court. 15 min drive to a massive supermarket to stock up on food. One watch out is the mosquitoes in the early evening - def back some repellent for when eating dinner on the terrace.

The property is fantastically located with quick access to amenities in the area. It is also ideally located for access to Nice with Monaco and Cannes also easy to get to. We found it was a great spot centrally located to get all around the Cote D'Azur. The property itself has a great open plan living and kitchen space with 2 terraces. The kitchen terrace is a great spot for breakfast with sun from morning until late afternoon with a great view of Nice and the Coast. The pool and and tennis court are a great bonus again with brilliant views down the valley. The bedrooms are basic but comfortable. Our host Francois was superb and very welcoming and helped us with any questions we had on the area. He checked in with us to ensure all our needs were met and was very quick to respond with any queries we had. In summary for the cost you couldn't get much better value. The location is superb, the hosts are exactly what you want while on holiday, and the Villa is comfortable and spacious.

We had a great vacation. Friendly and helpful owners. Convenient location close to Nice and many other attractions, very quiet & private location. Two terraces with great views. Pool is medium size and very clean. Tennis court was great and we used it every day, due to the sun best times to play are early AM and before sunset. Huge supermarket within 15 minute drive. Overall, excellent value. Minor cons to consider: No walkable surroundings and nothing to do close by. About half hour drive to Nice. Layout of the house is a bit odd, with upstairs bathroom/shower for master bedroom located off the living room, by the main door. Another bathroom downstairs. Was fine for us, but layout may not be ideal for two families with children.

Brilliant location near the top of a hill, with Nice in the distance. The twists and turns of the road are a bit intimidating the first time you go up and down, but they are increasingly interesting as you get used them. There was a lovely breeze for most of our stay, in a period of unusually hot weather. That, and the pool, made life very pleasant in the heat (there is air-conditioning for nights which are too hot, also). The villa, particularly upstairs (where the spacious kitchen/dining/living room is situated) is delightful, with wonderful views from the windows and terraces where you can eat in the fresh air. The villa was very clean. The owners were exceptionally helpful via e-mail, in person and on the phone. They gave us recommendations of things to do and see. I recommend and early-morning walk down the hill (not all the way down. unless you are a serious walker because the return journey is a bit hard if you walk quickly). Amazingly, you have the use of your own, very good, tennis court, with considerate neighbours who return any stray balls. If you like peace and quiet, you will love this location, and you quickly get used to the noisy insects. We did not want to leave and would gladly return if we are ever down this way again.

Wir haben das Ferienhaus mit fünf Freunden für eine Woche gemietet und uns hat das Haus von der ersten Sekunde überzeugt. Der Ausblick und der Pool waren unser Highlight. Dazu ist die Umgebung wirklich sehr schön - einen Trip (zu Fuß) auf den Mont Macaron ist empfehlenswert. Tagesausflüge in alle „bekannten“ Städte Südfrankreichs (und Monaco) sind von hier möglich (zwischen 0,5 bis 2 Std. Fahrt). Die Kommunikation hat gut geklappt, sowohl der Owner als auch der Hauskeeper waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Een week gefietst in de omgeving van Nice. Uitdagende heuvels, zeker ook naar het vakantiehuis toe. Huis heeft verschillende terrassen met een prachtig uitzicht op Nice. En een heerlijk zwembad, zeer geschikt om in te ontspannen na een lange fietstocht. Huis heeft 5 slaapkamers, waarvan drie met direct toegang tot terras. En was daardoor geschikt voor 6 volwassen. Woonkamer is ruim en keuken bevat alle noodzakelijke spullen, hoewel niet erg modern en/of schoon. Één douche en bad volstaat als sanitair, maar is niet overdadig. WiFi functioneert redelijk. Grote TV met alleen Franse zenders, maar ook zeer veel dvd’s beschikbaar. Communicatie met de eigenaar (in het Engels) verliep soepel. We hebben een heerlijke fietsweek gehad.

Lieu parfait pour les 10 jours entre amis que nous avons passé. Propriétaire très disponible et sympathique. Beaucoup de choses à faire a environ 30min de voiture. Nous n’avons pas vu le séjour passé. Aussi, le logement est parfaitement situé, plutôt bien équipé et offre un cadre reposant avec une vue sublime.

Das Domizil ist gut ausgestattet. Die Liegen und die Auflagen im Außenbereich lassen zu wünschen übrig. Keine Sonnenschirme im Außenbereich vorhanden. Viel Spielzeug lag in der Ecke im Poolbereich rum. Anlage ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Eine richtige Grundreinigung dürfte nicht statt gefunden haben. Der Vermieter war ersichtlich verwundert weil wir uns nicht schon ein paar Tage vor der Anreise angekündigt haben. Die letzte Teilzahlung erfolgte aber 2 Wochen vorher. Der Vermieter war aber ausgesprochen nett und hilfsbereit. Abgesehen von den Mängeln haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Ausblick ist atemberaubend

Titel: 5 sterren villa met prachtig uitzicht Met een vriendengroep van 7 personen hebben wij een week mogen vertoeven in deze geweldige villa. Prachtige villa met veel nette ruimtes voor een heerlijk verblijf voor een groot gezin of vriendengroep. Elke kamer had een perfect werkende airconditioning, waardoor je heerlijk kon slapen 's nachts. De villa lag op een prachtige locatie bovenop een berg aan de rand van Nice. Het was er erg rustig en we hebben geen enkele keer last gehad van buren. Bij het zwembad keek je uit over de hele stad tot aan de zee, dit was magisch. Het uitzicht was het grootste pluspunt van de villa. Onder het zwembad lag een tennisbaan waar je een heerlijk balletje kon slaan. Hier hebben wij dagelijks gebruik van gemaakt. Na hierdoor oververhit te raken door de heerlijke Zuid-Franse zon, kun je lekker in het zwembad plonzen. De villa was op korte afstand goed te bereiken vanaf de snelweg A8. Hiermee kon je ook makkelijk naar bijvoorbeeld Cannes of Monaco rijden. Wat betreft apparatuur was de villa goed ingericht. Er was een heerlijk Nespresso apparaat aanwezig, een goed werkende vaatwasser, koelkast en vriezer. Je kon zelfs je kleding wassen en drogen, dus je hoeft maar weinig in je koffer mee te nemen. Het huis was brandschoon, de bedden waren prima, de douches waren goed. Voor de kids is er eventueel gebruik te maken van verschillende spelcomputers. Verder was de communicatie met de eigenaar erg goed en was deze makkelijk te bereiken via Whatsapp/sms voor vragen. De gehele week is de eigenaar niet langs geweest, dus je hebt het gevoel alsof het je eigen villa is.

Wir haben im Oktober eine Woche Urlaub in der Villa verbringen dürfen. Der Gesamteindruck ist so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wir kamen an und wurden von Mr. Blot sehr freundlich begrüßt. Man öffnet die Balkontür und hat einen traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht von Nizza. Wir haben jeden Abend miterlebt, wie der Abend/die Nacht über Nizza zieht und ein wahnsinnig schönes Lichtermeer entsteht. Den Pool und den Tennisplatz konnten wir auch noch nutzen, gegrillt haben wir auch an einem Abend. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Alles in allem perfekte Voraussetzungen für eine wunderschöne Urlaubszeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Villa war genauso wie beschrieben! Es gab ein tolles , großes Wohnzimmer mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Die beiden Terassen waren ideal um zu Essen und den grandiosen Blick auf Nozza und das Meer zu genießen! Das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett war ebenfalls ansprechend, die übrigen Zimmer waren eher einfach, aber völlig ausreichend möbliert. Leider hatte die Reinigungsfirma nicht sehr gut geputzt, das war der einzige Wermutstropfen bei unserem rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt.

Die perfekte Urlaubs villa für Familien und Jugendgruppen

Das Grundstück ist ein Traum wie besser nicht mehr gehen kann. Allein wenn man morgens aufsteht und beim Frühstück die Ruhe genießen kann, und währenddessen in Nizza große Unruhe herrscht in den Straßen. Rund um die Uhr konnten wir nicht genug bekommen von dem gigantischen Ausblick den man von der Villa auf die Stadt Nizza, die Bucht und das Umland hat. Besonders die Abende waren schön, da es noch so schön warm war und wir so noch bis Mitternacht draußen sitzen konnte. Insgesamt waren wir 9 Tage vor Ort, jedoch hätten wir sicherlich lieber für einen viel längeren Zeitraum gebucht wenn es die Umstände erlaubt hätten. Die Highlights waren natürlich der Pool und der Tennisplatz, die wie auch alle anderen Sachen in der Angabe drinstehen natürlich vorhanden waren. Nachdem man dann ordentlich nach dem Tennisspielen geschwitzt hat, ist man in der Regel direkt für eine Abkühlung in den Pool gesprungen um sich abzukühlen. Dieses Gefühl macht einen Urlaub einfach zu dem was er sein soll, denn man muss bedenken nicht jedes andere Grundstück bietet auch einen Tennisplatz!? Wichtig ist jedoch dass man mit einem großräumigen Auto anreist, mit starkem Motor, um das schwere Gepäck die Serpentinen samt Insassen nach oben zu befördern. Die Autovermietung Sixt war uns dabei eine große Hilfe. Zu erwähnen ist, dass man mit dem auto auch nicht länger als 20 min nach Monaco braucht, und wer will schon nicht in seinem leben in Monaco gewesen sein. Wie gesagt kann man die Villa nur weiterempfehlen, da es sich wirklich lohnt dort urlaub zu verbringen, und gut erholt danach in den Alltag wieder durchstarten kann.

Großzügiges Haus im mediterranen Stil. Großer Wohn/Essbereich mit offener, voll ausgestatteter Küche. Töpfe und Pfannen sowie elektrische Küchengeräte ausreichend vorhanden. Auf dieser Etage befindet sich noch ein schönes Schlafzimmer mit Zugang zu einer der Terrassen und ein kleines Duschbad. Im Untergeschoss finden sich ein Badezimmer mit großer Wanne sowie zwei weitere Schlafzimmer. Das Highlight ist aber der untere Terrassenbereich mit dem neuen Pool. Uneinsehbar ! Mit großartigem Blick auf die Bucht von Nizza. Die beiden oberen Terrassen haben wir zum Frühstück und Abendessen ausgiebig genutzt (Gasgrill vorhanden). Zum Haus gehört noch ein eigener Tennisplatz, auf dem wir ein paar lockere Matches gespielt haben (Tennisschläger vorhanden. Bälle kann man im Ort günstig besorgen). Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit (großes Einkaufszentrum „Auchan“) liegt im Tal, ca. 15 Minuten Serpentinen Autofahrt. Nach Nizza sind es ca. 20-30 Min mit dem Auto, ohne das hier gar nichts geht. Einen der früheren Kommentare können wir gar nicht nachvollziehen. Natürlich handelt es sich nicht um ein neues Haus und es weist entsprechende Gebrauchsspuren auf, was dem Charme des Hauses aber keinen Abbruch tut. Zudem ist der Vermieter, der in Nizza wohnt, jederzeit erreichbar und ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben auf jeden Fall einen Traumurlaub hier verbracht und werden sicher wiederkommen.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr nett auf den ersten Blick, wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus hat neue Betten, schöner Esstisch und Stühle, schönes Sofa usw. toller Pool, schöner Tennisplatz! Küche ist älter aber wirklich ok und erfüllt seinen Zweck, Kühlschrank ist etwas älter. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es fehlt leider die Affinität fürs Detail, wie zum Bsp. kaputte Fußleisten, kaputte Leiste am Geschirrspüler, schmutzige Terrasse und Schmutz am Pool (altes Fußballtor, alter Springbrunnen), alte Kissen auf der Terrasse und am Pool, alte vertrocknete Pflanzen, Schimmel in der Dusche, usw. Für das Geld war es vollkommen ok, ich würde mir wünschen wenn etwas mehr auf die Details geachtet wird!

Wunderschöne Aussicht vom Haus auf die Umgebung und Nizza. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück auf dem Balkon zur Küche war schon Morgens ein Highlight. Das Haus liegt ruhig in einem Vorort von Nizza, die Stadt ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auch Monaco oder Saint Tropez sind gut und schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!
