Great central location. Lovely property. An attic conversion but spacious. Clean facilities.
One of the bedrooms didn't have the remotes for the skylight so we couldn't get some fresh air in. No electric kettle. Some more cooking utensils would have been good.

Er waren wat deurklinken niet aanwezig .. ook bleek wat tegelwerk in de toiletvloer al een tijdje gebroken en niet hersteld.

Leiligheten ligger sentralt til og kan anbefales for grupper som ikke trenger den høyeste komforten. Vi var 7stk på tur,

Lukta i leiligheten var kvalmende. Trolig fra vaskemaskina som har samlet fukt over lengre tid.

Très bon séjour, quelques améliorations à considérer mais rien qui ne gâche le plaisir d'être à Nice
Accès facile, en autonomie. Emplacement très pratique et même si le quartier est animé dans la journée, il est calme la nuit et pas un bruit dans l'appartement. Appartement bien desservi par les transports en commun, avec des restaurants aux alentours et de quoi faire quelques courses à proximité. Équipements pratiques : machine à laver, lave-vaisselle, défroisseur, machine à café. Bien équipé en termes de serviettes (grand nombre de serviettes) et literie (3 lits avec chacun une couette et deux oreillers, un canapé double). Air conditionné dans l'appart très pratique car on peut s'attendre à de la chaleur sous les combles.
Literie pas de grande qualité (au niveau des oreillers et cadre qui grince). Pas de produits ménagers de base pour au moins dépanner (ex. éponge, une tablette lessive,...). Odeur forte de tuyauterie dans la salle de bain et machine à laver qui fuit. Pas d'ampoule dans les chevets d'une chambre. Une penderie, sans cintre... Des cadres encore emballés sans photo dedans. Ça fait très récent et peu chaleureux, mais cela reste très bien pour un court séjour.
