Nice family trip

Location was perfect and it was easy to be in touch with hosts. Keydrop was easy to use. There was enough dishware for eight people and we could do all breakfasts and some of dinners too at room. House was quiet, felt like there was no neighbors. Shops are nearby.

I don’t understand why you have to pay extra 100€ for cleaning and then do most of it by yourself (before check out). The floors were quite dirty (socks turned black) and there was unwashed dishes at cabin. The second toilet seat was tricky to use as it was so high. Beds could be better in some rooms.

Huge Disappointment

The location is close to the sea.

We were forced to leave this apartment mid-stay and had to book a replacement due to uninhabitable and hazardous conditions. Both air conditioning units were heavily infested with mold, a serious health risk that made them unusable. This created an impossible choice at night in this top-floor apartment: unbearable heat with the windows closed, or unbearable street noise with them open. When we reported this critical issue, the host downplayed the situation and offered, using vague language, to send personnel nécessaire (necessary personnel) to nettoyer (clean) the units. This was not a viable solution, as a severe mold infestation requires professional sanitation by a certified technician, not a simple cleaning. Furthermore, a multi-hour repair is simply not feasible in a "Suite Romantique" that also needs to function as a professional workspace for my fiancée's remote work. Beyond these critical failures, the general lack of care was evident from the start. We were greeted with dirty dishes and a foul-smelling drain in the shower, and the dishwasher filter was clogged with old food. The service was also poor, with a stressful and unhelpful key handover process that contradicted the promises in the listing. Furthermore we found that the bed was of cheap quality and uncomfortable, though this is of course subjective.

Beautiful authentic apartment, with good location. Unfortunately it needs some attention.

Good location, quiet street. Near tourist area. Spacious apartment, with 3 interconnecting rooms, plus an extra 4th bedroom.

The apartment needs a good and proper clean, especially the floors. Not all cutlery and crockery were clean, but placed in the cupboards dirty. The dishwasher had a bad smell. We did an empty run to try and clean, but could not get rid of the smell. Maybe the sieves or filters needs a service/clean. Shower did not work properly. Knob to transfer water flow from handheld shower head to overhead shower head, is missing. Beds/mattresses are very old, not comfortable unfortunately, so are the pillows. Coffee pods provided for the coffee machine, did not fit the partucular model. It does not like someone is checking the service of the cleaning team, or there is no cleaning done after a stay. Instructions are given to leave all kitchen appliances and utensils etc, clean. But we did not receive them clean…

Location is excellent and apartment is fabulous!

Well appointed, very large apartment in quiet building. The location was wonderful - we walked to apt from train station. Walking distance to everything!

Long weekend with friends

Great Location close to breakfast and other type of restaurants. Flat was quite spacious flat with well equipped kitchen.

Bit narrow beds, two adults to fit is very challenging. Heating needs time to heat the flat in autumn cold evenings.

Overpriced and overrated.

Lights in the kitchen area did not work, extractor and hob had no power. Despite informing the agent, no help was offered to check the hob for faults. Shower flooded the entire floor space., one of the mattress had stains. We stayed for 7 days without access to a hob so had to eat out every single day which turned out to be very costly

Family holidays in Nice

Apartment is perfectly located: walking distance to many Nice famous places, very close to bus stop ( just oposite to building doors) and to tram nr 2 station. Many shops, coffee bars around. Blue Beach just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. There is a lot of space in the apartment, comfortable for 6 people even for longer stay(we were there nearly 2 weeks). Apartment is nicely clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are OK. Very good contact with apartment owners ( including taxi from airport support; Marco definitely recommended). And beautiful inner courtyard/ square with turtles.

There is some noise from the main street ( one sleeping room with window to the street). There is no air conditioning in the apartment but fans are available and sufficient.

Zeer ruim. 4 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers zorgen voor veel gemak. Alles is beschikbaar ik de keuken. Centrale ligging in een rustige, veilige en centrale wijk dicht bij zee. Makkelijk te bereiken vanuit vliegveld.

Tuvimos varios problemas nada más llegar al apartamento. El primer día lo encontramos bastante sucio: había restos de aceite en la vitrocerámica, las estanterías y grifo del baño no estaban limpios, algunas toallas estaban sucias y, además, no había suficientes. Esa misma noche, una de nuestras amigas se duchó y el agua se salió, provocando una pequeña inundación en el baño y parte de la cocina. No había fregona ni nada para limpiarlo, y al ser por la noche, tuvimos que esperar hasta la mañana siguiente. En cuanto al servicio de Booking, fue absolutamente nefasto. Llamamos y estuvimos hablando durante dos horas con un agente. No solo no nos ofrecieron ninguna solución real, sino que además nos cobraron 130 € por esa llamada. Más tarde tuvimos que volver a llamar (también llamada de pago, esta vez 20 € más) y, uno de los agentes nos dijo que como compensación nos devolverían la mitad del importe total de la reserva. Ese dinero apareció como retenido en el monedero de Booking, y nos dijeron que una vez recibida la confirmación, podríamos transferirlo a nuestra cuenta bancaria. Sin embargo, al día siguiente esa retención desapareció sin explicación. Nos pusimos en contacto de nuevo con ellos, esta vez por mensaje, y a día de hoy —una semana después— seguimos sin haber recibido ninguna respuesta. Lo único positivo fue que, por la mañana, el personal del apartamento sí vino rápido, limpió adecuadamente, nos trajo toallas nuevas y arregló el problema del baño.

Отличное месторасположение, близко к морю, ресторанам и лучшим в городе магазинам и торговым центрам. Лифт. Большой балкон и прекрасный вид. Есть все необходимое для длительного и комфортного пребывания. Кондиционер в каждой комнате, стиральная и посудомоечная машины, зеркало во весь рост, большая кровать и раскладной диван, wifi.

Не достаточно полотенец и один комплект постельного белья, для длительного пребывания более 10 дней, второй комплект должен предоставляться дополнительно бесплатно.

Sehr hellhörige Wohnung!! Man kann leider jedes Wort ,was gesprochen wird,aus dem Nebenzimmer verstehen!☹️ Türklingeln an mehren Zimmern defekt,daher war ein Verschliessen nur teilweise möglich! 3 Schlafzimmer zum Innenhof als Durchgangszimmer! Das 3. Zimmer ist direkt mit einem der bd.Bäder verbunden! 4. Schlafzimmer zur Straße sehr Lärm belastet! Internetverbindung ist sehr schwach! Schimmelbildung in einem der bd. Bäder an den Wänden!😳
