Grand appartement climatisé centre ville Nice

We enjoyed our stay and found the apartment to be comfortable, clean, and in a convenient location with a market downstairs and easy access to the train station. The elevator and air conditioning were especially appreciated. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the apartment.

Our only criticism is the communication before arrival. We intentionally booked and paid for the night before our arrival so we could access the apartment immediately after our overnight flight. Despite confirming this several times, we received a message the day before our arrival suggesting the apartment might not be ready until later, which caused unnecessary stress. Thankfully, the host ultimately confirmed the apartment would be ready as booked, and everything worked out.

Good location, just walkable area to the train station and big deparment stores. Restaurant and bulangeries are all around. The apartment is spacious and clean and in safe area.

La ubicación es muy apropiada, solo nos quedamos una noche pero muy cerca a estación de trenes, maleteros y tiendas.

Las camas pueden mejorar, los vecinos un poco despectivos con la llegada de turistas, mejorar el aseo, encontramos pestañas postizas en una habitación en la pared pegadas, y en la ducha, bello de anteriores huéspedes

Location is great, place is clean the host coordinated with us to check in early

Although the apt is advertised as having AC one of the bedrooms does not. One of the toilets was clogged our entire stay and could not be fixed by the host We asked for a crib but the host did not indicate one was provided. We had our own as a backup so used that instead. The host was not responsive on key pickup/dropoff. We had to message them to ask how to pick up the keys and we didn’t get an answer on how to drop them off so I just left them in the apartment and closed the door on the way out.
