No aircondition. Too hot without aircondition. The ventilator are not cooling enough You have to open the windows all the time for cooling air, and therefore have many mosquito bites, and the noise from the street and train.

Great location and spacious apartment. good facilities. close to major transport and variety of super markets. six adults stayed and were all happy with the rooms and facilities.. Ismael made it easy for us and even left us a bottle of wine

we would have liked some extra pillows and hand towels, but that was a minor thing. everything else was great

Ismail was very helpful even before our trip started. He gave us recommendations on where to go and what to do. The apartment was clean on arrival. It was close to a variety of small supermarkets and the main centre was just a walking distance away.

We wished that there were more basic supplies provided for us. There was not enough toilet paper and no hand wash soap for the toilets. We were a bit confused when we were asked to wash the dishes (despite no dishwashing soap provided for us) and to bring down the trash/bin bags even though we paid for a cleaning fee.

Nice stay in Nice! Location is very good and the apartment has many possibilities.

Not the house but the stairwell in the apartment has a bad smell.. And the apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator available.

Great location in Nice city center, reserved parking space and host is AWESOME with communication. Check in is automated and super convenient.

Property is fourth floor, walk-up with 100 stairs from entrance to the apartment door. Pack light or take your time.

Location

If you car travelling with elderly and lot of big luggage you would want to skip this as the apartment is at the top floor without evelator/lift. The electricity power capability of the apartment need to be re-visited we encounter multiple times of fuse tripped when functioning the stove, washing machines and heaters at the same time.

Nice and cosy appartment. Good layout of the rooms. Friendly host. Very good communication with the host. Clean and everything is there. Good location.

Ismail has a beautiful flat in the outer center of nice. It was clean, tidy and it has great mobilier.

There is no air condition or elevator.

El departamento estaba ESPECTACULAR!!!! Muy amplio y cómodo, camas muy cómodas, baño limpio y funcional, amplio living, excelente calefacción, bien ubicado. Cosas que me sorprendieron gratamente: una silla masajeadora para la espalda y un masajeador para pies que se agradece mucho después de caminar todo el día. Máquina de café expresso con cápsulas disponibles. Juegos de mesa y consola. Todo disponible para pasar un buen rato, los felicito!!! Volvería mil veces

Me encantó todo... subir por las escaleras 4 pisos después de un día agotador era un poco duro, pero al llegar al departamento con todas sus comodidades ya se te olvida :)

Es amplio, muy cómodo, con muchas comodidades dentro del apartamento. Muy bueno para un grupo de 4 o 5 personas. 2 baños completos. También está bien ubicado.

No tenía ascensor y está en el 4 piso (5to par los países latinoamericanos)

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica di Nizza. Vicina alla stazione e ben collegata con i mezzi di trasporto. L’host é stato disponibile e reattivo nel risolvere alcuni problemi sorti con il parcheggio. L’appartamento é spazioso e fornito di tutto il necessario.

D’estate il caldo é sempre un problema, ma l’appartamento é dotato di numerosi ventilatori.

Duży apartament, idealny dla większej grupy, czysto, bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem, samodzielne zameldowanie, swietna lokalizacja, dojazd na lotnisko jednym tramwajem, resztę można zobaczyć pieszo, blisko dworca kolejowego (Monako, Cannes). Wszystko było idealne :)

Ειστε απατεωνες δεν μπορεσαμε να μεινουμε. Οι φωτο ειναι ψευτικες. Δεν υπαρχει παρκινκ και reception εχει ενημερωθει η booking με φωτογραφικο υλικο

Οπως σας εχω ενημερώσει απο αρκετά mail που σας έστειλα από την πρώτη μέρα άφιξης μου, εμένα και των δύο φίλων μου ,ουδέποτε βρήκαμε το κατάλυμα που μας είχατε στείλει στην διεύθυνση : 18 Rue Miron Nice, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur 06000, FR Η περιοχή ήταν επικίνδυνη για την σωματική μας ακεραιότητα καθώς επίσης και για την υγεία μας καθώς υπήρχε σε όλο το κτίριο πολύ βρώμιά και έντονη δυσοσμία . Δεν υπηρχε reception (όπως αναφέρατε στο mail)ουτε στοιχεια στο κουδουνι και αφού μπηκαμε μετα απο 2 ωρες χτυπωντας άλλα κουδουνια μεχρι που μας ανοιξαν κάποιο ένοικοι. Ανεβηκαμε με τα ποδια στον 4ο όροφο οπου βρηκαμε ενα διαμερισμα,χτυπησαμε το internetiko και το κανονικο κουδουνι πανω απο 5φορες και δεν απαντησε κανεις. Σας έστειλα mail που αναφέρω όλα αυτά και μου απάντησε κάποιος κύριος τηλεφωνικά την επόμενη μέρα αφού του ανέφερα το πρόβλημα μου και αποδεχόμενος όλη μας την ταλαιπωρία ,συμφωνήσαμε να μας επιστρέψει το ποσό στο ακέραιο που είχαμε πλήρωσει καθώς εμείς μετά από αρκετές ώρες ταλαιπωρίας κατάφέραμε και βρήκαμε ξενοδοχείο οπου διάμεναμε όλες αυτές τις μέρες που βρισκόμασταν στην Nice(επισυνάπτω και το σχετικά παραστατικά) Είναι ξεκάθαρο ότι εξαπατηθήκαμε και κάνω την εξής ερώτηση: Ποιος θα μας αποζημιώσει για όλη αυτήν την ταλαιπωρία που υποστήκαμε; Τουλάχιστον σε ένδειξη καλής θέλησης για να μην κινηθούμε νομικά ,απαιτούμε την επιστροφή των χρημάτων που πλήρωσαμε για το το κατάλυμα το οποίο δεν υπάρχει . Είναι ξεκάθαρο ότι εξαπατηθήκαμε αφού ενώ σας έχουμε αναφέρει όλη αυτήν την ταλαιπωρία που έχουμε υποστεί(και είναι καταγεγραμμένη από το επόμενο πρωί στην booking με e-mail και τηλεφωνικες επικοινωνίες )εσείς μας στέλνετε ένα τυποποιημένο mail να μας ευχαριστήσετε για την διαμονή μας. Παρακαλώ άμεση απάντηση και επιστροφή των χρημάτων μας και επιφυλασσόμαστε για κάθε νόμιμο και νομικό δικαίωμα μας.

Άνετο, βολικό, καθαρό, εξυπηρετικός οικοδεσπότης, διέθετε μέχρι μασάζ καρέκλα και για τα πόδια συσκευή μασάζ…
