Villa très spacieuse située légèrement dans la montagne à 5 km de Nice.
Très bel emplacement, équipement attendus et vraiemnt de très haut niveau
Seuls petits problèmes, le lave vaisselle ne lavait pas très bien et le barbecue gaz ne marche pas parfaitement

L’emplacement avec une vue imprenable sur les collines niçoises vue mer.
L’accessibilité de la maison (cependant ⚠️ bcp de marches)
Chambres, SDB et équipement cuisine et salon très bien avec une terrasse extérieure super agréable.
RAS juste impossible de faire fonctionner la TV ?!? Dommage pour la final de la StarAc ;-)

Pool area really nice , plenty loungers etc.
Bedrooms were nice and all had A/C
Lovely view
The door from lounge to pool area did not lock(faulty) so a bit off a security issue.
The remote for the lounge TV was faulty (taped up), so had a problem .
The steps from the car park area (45) were difficult. People with mobility issues would suffer.
Kitchen small for size of property and needs TLC
$$$$
