After all above , we had a great time in Nice , even we didn’t have car , we found the transport system very good. The s

The door from lounge to pool area did not lock(faulty) so a bit off a security issue. The remote for the lounge TV was faulty (taped up), so had a problem . The steps from the car park area (45) were difficult. People with mobility issues would suffer. Kitchen small for size of property and needs TLC

A very pleasant and helpful host. Lovely big villa with lots of fine facilities. Great pool. Sea views. Lots of space. Very clean and tidy. Easy access to Nice. Supermarket just round the corner.
AC didn't work too well - but this was going to be repaired. AC engineer arrived quickly.

Beautiful facilities with all amenities needed. Amazing views and the family loved the pool. 20 minute drive into Nice foe nightlife.

L’emplacement avec une vue imprenable sur les collines niçoises vue mer. L’accessibilité de la maison (cependant ⚠️ bcp de marches) Chambres, SDB et équipement cuisine et salon très bien avec une terrasse extérieure super agréable.
RAS juste impossible de faire fonctionner la TV ?!? Dommage pour la final de la StarAc ;-)

Prima huis met mooi uitzicht
Het huis was prima, het uitzicht heel mooi en het keuken was goed uitgerust.
De communicatie met de eigenar/property manager was erg moeilijk. We hebben 5 maanden van te voren geboekt en twee dagen voor aankomst hadden we nog niets gehoord van de eigenaar, te voorbeeld over manier van inchecken. We hebben twee berichten, via de Booking website gestuurd maar die werden niet geantwoord. Dan gebeld en er werd opgenomen door iemand die bijna geen Engels sprak. Hebben tijd van aankomst opgeven in de hoop dat deze werd begrepen. Bij aankomst was iemand het huis aan het schoonmaken en iemand anders liep rond, bleek de persoon van de telefoon te zijn die had de sleutels bij zich. Weinig uitleg vanwege gebrekkig Engels, behalve over airco en wifi password. Niet echt een fijne aankomst. Wat ook tegen viel was dat er geen informatie brochure of dergelijks te vinden was, met te voorbeeld informatie over de vuilnis, supermarkten in de buurt, noodnummers etc. Iets was heel gebruikelijk is en behulpzaam.
